Long standing client
I have been using pharmacy mentor from when Saam just started out and proud to be a long standing client of PM. We have several sites along with an organic SEO and paid ads strategy which we have always found to provide a great ROI. So much so, I insisted that my optometrist wife ignore optical specialist website providers and trust Saam and his team instead for her optical practice and so far we have not been disappointed, again the website and SEO package has returned a better than expected ROI.
We’ve found Saam and his team, namely Vik, Brad and Lewis to be approachable and responsive to our priorities and requests.

If you’re scaling a serious business
If you’re scaling a serious business, they’re not the right people to partner with. It all looks good on paper but they're unable to deliver the goods.
I paid £20,000 for a website and had to do most of the work myself: content, images, design and back end seo optimisation/readability as they did not meet my standards and they delayed me by 6 months.
No organisation, tasks are not actioned in time or accurately and you are constantly chasing to get the basics done.
I would not recommend them for businesses that need reliable, consistent execution and want to scale nationally.

Lack of communication from Pharmacy…
Lack of communication from Pharmacy Mentor to myself over the course of the website build. What was promised over two months took seven months. Very fast to take the full fee of you! Their line was that I had misaligned expectations!
In the end up, the website they produced is very good!
As a customer just expect better service and delivery.

Firstly, I want to thank you for your feedback, which is absolutely crucial to help shape our company. I'm really sorry for the frustration we caused with your experience in delays and communication. It's not the experience we want anyone to have, since we aim to deliver to the best standards.
Hearing that the project took longer than expected and that you have not been communicated with well throughout the journey of the build is very concerning, and we're actively investigating the situation with the management team right now. Rest assured, your feedback will have a direct impact on our operations and delivery output.
I'm glad to hear you like the final website, since we take pride in what we build for our clients. However, this does not cover for the lack of communication you have received, nor the delays - which is not PM standard practice.

Mitesh - I have known him from our previous employers and he is so down to earth, very polite and very well mannered. He has always been like that and our path crossed again at Pharmacy Mentor after a very long time and in a different capacity. He explained me about my DSP website, took his time and made sure I understood everything. He sorted basically everything for me. I am super glad that I went with Pharmacy Mentor as they are very professional in their approach, not too pushy to get sales and have more time for you. Marketing Plan
I decided to use Pharmacy Mentor to help build my pharmacy which I had just taken over and with a Lloyds pharmacy that was closing down nearby. There were a lot of positive conversations to start with, but after spending over £1000 for the service, all I received was the set-up for my Google Ads, Facebook Ads account and one post on Facebook. I was not provided with the service that was promised, which were advertising strategies to grow my business digitally. There has been no proactivity from the company and very minimal communication.
I am very disappointed.

Thank you so much for the review and we take all feedback very seriously. I'm very sorry you feel this way about the service you have received, and of course, it has come to us as a big concern.
Having looked at your strategy, there may be some misaligned expectations. We are delivering Facebook Ads and Google Ads for you, not social media posting. Your Ads are delivered through your Ads Manager, which is separate from your Facebook page. We developed a post for you free of charge to help the page look "healthier".
This being said, we're actively taking this feedback on board. We strive to deliver only the best customer service and look to reach out to our clients monthly via the reports, and during growth calls. Therefore, we are going to investigate this on a deeper level and I sincerely apologise for the missed expectations.
I'm going to organise a call with you directly to discuss this further.
