Experienced a small amount of confusion whilst ordering; immediate elucidation from the company via email. Company couldn't have been more helpful and order journey detailed from start to finish, including notification from post office when order arrived in home town. Order Feedback loop closed with my signature on delivery.

There was no messing about asking and answering questions designed to gather information required for marketing.

I ordered a product online for 1st class delivery (1-3 days). My order hadn't turned up 6 days later. I sent an email after 4 or 5 days asking when I could expect delivery, but no-one bothered to reply. That is why I have given a 1 star rating. I think responding to an email should be a fairly basic practice for an internet company.

Strangely, when I emailed again to say that I wanted to cancel the order and expected a full refund, a response came through just a couple of hours later, saying only 'New Status: Refunded'. No apology given for the waste of time on my part.

I won't use this company again and wouldn't recommend them.

Overall my experience of using PharmacyDirect GB was positive. The only negative was that the website was not sufficiently clear (to me at any rate) in terms of what I had to do once I had placed my order.

Communication was excellent however, which made up for the website's shortcomings.
