Very happy with the service. I live in W1 and arranged an inspection visit to work out what the problem was then a fixed price for the repairs a few days later. The plumber, Ryan was polite and knowledgeable and I’m very happy with the repair.

Louchavan was punctual, polite and friendly and fixed two parts of the boiler on first visit. However since the problem persisted he returned a second time with his colleague and replaced another part free of charge which was greatly appreciated.

PH247 did a routine gas boiler service and safety certificate for my rented flat for a fair price. Nathan, the engineer was pleasingly thorough and identified a key safety advisory with the external gas meter missed by previous engineers for this and other flats.

In stark contrast to several other Which recommended plumbers that I contacted following a time-wasting abortive visit from a low-cost gas certification firm, PH247 resolved a long-standing boiler certification omission smoothly and without extra charge, saving several £00s.

This is an excellent example of fair business practice by a knowledgeable and highly-competent firm. I will rely on them in future.

What a let down.

Booked them for exploratory works and paid the deposit in advance as requested.

Waited for the appointed hour and time and nobody shows up.

I ring up asking for an update to be told that is it OK if they reschedule...

Not even the courtesy of a phone call. No apology. No customer service.

Then I have to wait 72 hours for the refund to hit my account.

Shockingly bad service.

Nathan at PH247 did a great job getting our underfloor heating fixed. Definitely recommend PH247, great costumer service, not overpriced and hassle free. Would 100% use this company again, very reliable.

Nathan was brilliant. Late night call and I was wary having recently hired a London based plumbing company that was a complete scam but this company is the real deal. Friendly, efficient and upfront on costs! Will use them again!

Prompt contact. Courteous staff and a job neatly and tidily completed.

The first visit (to look at a tap and a boiler) was fairly successful, but required more work. The second visit (to replace the tap and carry out the boiler work) was less so. Though the tap was replaced, it was left leaking and the engineer had to return to fix the leak.

A boiler part was replaced, though further issues were found and the engineer told me that a report would be submitted with a quote for addtional work and recommendations.

Weeks later I am still waiting to get quotes to compare the options of a power flush and a new boiler replacement. This has meant that for weeks we have not had proper hot water.

I am having to continuously chase PH247 now, which almost makes me wonder if they want the work.

On the whole this has been very disappointing.

They arrived on time for both visits, did the work planned & agreed, for a reasonable price.

Communication was excellent from arranging a quote to carrying out the work to settling my account

Call them out to do a minor leak the job turn into something a bit more major but they completed the job in good time and didn’t charge me a fortune. I can highly recommend him to any single women living alone
