I signed up for the PH247 Premium Plan for peace of mind, expecting reliable and professional plumbing services. While their customer service team has always been polite and responsive—which I appreciate—unfortunately, my overall experience has been disappointing to say the least.

I’ve had two significant issues where PH247 misdiagnosed problems. The first involved a lack of hot water, which they incorrectly identified as an internal issue and quoted over £1,400 to fix. It turned out the problem was external to my property.

The second time, another issue was again misdiagnosed, and I was quoted nearly four times the price compared to other professional plumbers and online sources. In both cases, I raised my concerns and gave the company the opportunity to address them. However, I was met with a lack of accountability and no resolution from the Managinf Director of the company. Further to this and rather disappointingly, I was told they would only cancel my subscription if I refrained from leaving negative feedback.

I understand mistakes happen, but what matters is how a company responds and takes responsibility. In this case, I felt let down twice and believe it’s important to share this experience to help others make informed decisions.

He’s kind and nice and well experienced

Nathan did a great job servicing our boiler and gave us good advice on how to maintain it. Even went above and beyond the job to help with a stuck radiator. Will definitely use them again

Excellent communication. Friendly staff. We had a few problems but Nathan went out of his way to make sure the job was completed on the promised day. Unfortunately the finish meant I couldn’t lay carpets (tried two fitters and both told me they couldn’t lay on the flooring as it was) . Apparently there is a floor levelling liquid that is supposed to be used but this wasn’t part of the service so I now need to get that done, which is quite frustrating.

LJ and Jerome came out. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Will trust them to come back

Survey of plumbing issue for a quotation. Great service. Clear communication. The plumber carefully considered the issue suggested options, explaining factors and reasoning really clearly. Very professional, arrived on time and brought all equipment required. Outlined next steps, took photos. Very reassuring for the work to come.

I have known the founder of this company for over 15 years and professionally he has supported a wide range of individuals from the communities that I represent. Honestly i have no idea about anything when it comes to plumbing but everything was explained to me so i understand what was wrong and how it was fixed, really good prices and a quick turnaround

Had multiple issues with plumbing within my property and was recommend ph247 By a number of individuals and family members, I’m pleased to say after following the advice I was given. I will be further recommending pH 247 to anyone with any plumbing issues the customer service was polite welcoming they went above and beyond to solve my issues and even offered advice going forward can’t fault them in any shape or form and will be definitely in the future if I have any more issues will be contacting them again.
