I ordered a copy of "Pandemic" from Games from Pevans, and from start to finish the process was easy. Payment was handled through Amazon, and there was regular email updates on confirmation and dispatch.

Will certainly be returning for my tabletop needs.

Pevans is an excellent mail order game shop. I have had nothing but good experiences with this company. Good selection of games, very speedy communications, fast shipping. And for us outside EU, British VAT is automatically deducted - nice!

The 1 day delivery is extremely misleading. I placed my order with 1 day delivery as I do with all online stores I use. Usually the item is dispatched at the end of the day and arrives the following day. Here I received an email informing me that the order had been received and that my item will be dispatched within 2 days. I had to email Paul who was very helpful asking what was going on to which he sent me some terms and conditions. Then I received an a email the following day informing me it had been dispatched, great, will be here tomorrow. I asked if there was a tracking number, no there isn't and what happens with parcel when it's dispatched is up to Royal Mail. It turns out the 1 day service is in fact not a 1 day service but just first class post! Not what I paid for, I paid for 1 day delivery! I get it cheaper by courier than how much this cost! It did arrive the next day but it's not guaranteed. The packaging left a lot to be desired too, a bit of bubble wrap and some brown paper! Not what you expect when an expensive game is coming. My box had a few dents and the corners were bashed a bit but I just couldn't be bothered to send it back after not getting it the day I thought I would. The website is very basic and could be clearer. Will not be using again even if it is slightly cheaper. The 2 stars are for the politeness of response to my emails.

The seller always communicates and keeps you updated in every step. My first shipment was missing but the seller sent the replacement without any hesitation.

Great service, a pleasure to order from and item delivered by royal mail (can't stand the drama of trying to arrange redelivery/collection with some couriers). Not played the game yet but very much looking forward to it. Very competitive pricing too.

Good prices and faultless service. I'd definitely recommend Games From Pevans. In particular, communication is really good - you'll get two or three emails during the process, letting you know your order is under way, when it's dispatched, etc. You'll never be in the dark using Games From Pevans.
