Product took too long to arrive.
Mixed comms between seller and courier.
Over packaged , the part was the size of 10p in an A4 package.
It was the wrong part 🤷🏻♂️

Very good service and delivery.
I found the part that I needed very quickly on the website but needed to confirm that it was the correct part for my car. I got an e-mail response within 24 hours confirming that it was the correct part so I ordered it and it arrived within 48hours. Excellent service.

Hi John, I have looked into this. You placed your order on Thursday the 3rd; we then processed it the next day and ordered it from Peugeot. It arrived with us on Monday; we checked to make sure it was correct and organised collection with DHL, who were unable to collect the parcel due to an issue on their end. It looks like it was collected on the 8th and delivered today. If there is an issue, please let us know. Sorry for any inconvenience.
