Excellent service! Website accurate with available stock and posted out same day even though I didn't place the order until 3.30pm. Having been let down by another company who took the order and left me waiting as they didn't have the stock, this site was clear and easy to use and the dog lead was cheaper and postage was cheaper. Took a few days to arrive probably more down to Royal Mail than anything and it would have been useful to have more tracking updates but very satisfied and will use again.
