Company worked to correct missing order
What really went wrong is you sent this before I've received my shipment.
Now, I probably blame the Canadian postal workers Union, not you guys, but I gotta be honest. Still waiting. You probably should have used Purolator. It's not actually much more expensive, anyway.
Edit: 11 days later, it has been returned to sender. Delivery was never attempted. Now what? Do you try to send it again? Or give me a refund?
Edit: while the initial experience was inconvenient, I'll give credit where it's due. They worked with me EU correct it.

Since we offer free shipping, we need to select the most cost-effective carrier to keep prices affordable for our customers. In this case, the order was shipped with Canada Post, which can sometimes take a little longer than couriers like Purolator.
That said, we truly value your experience, and your comment is important to us. We will review our shipping methods and do our best to avoid using Canada Post for future orders whenever possible to ensure faster delivery.

I needed these specific bird perches…
I needed these specific bird perches for my bird cage and they are so long I literally couldn't find them anywhere. I bought the cage I have 12 years ago but I came across this site and they had them! The exact perches that came with my cage when I bought the cage. I never thought I'd be able to find them. They were priced very well as well. So happy with the whole process.
