Ordered a large dog bed, took 3 weeks to arrive, bed that arrived is so small our dogs could only put a paw on it and it would fill it, and they a puppies. Have emailed requesting correct item sent out , not holding my breath . Think will have to take a hit only paid sale price luckily

If I could rate this website lower then I would. I ordered what was advertised as a large dog sofa, and it took about 4 weeks to arrive. What turned up was big enough for a chihuahua to lay on. And to rub it in that bit more, it wasn’t even the same colour. I done the payment through Klarna and have had to report to Klarna to pause the payment. The company won’t send me a returns label or QR code so that I can get this sent back and I’m worried I’ll now have to pay out £70 for something that was clearly a scam

Ordered harness 5 days ago and it's still not even been despatched!. Wish I'd read Trustpilot reviews before ordering.

Ordered a personalised dog harness. Once I saw the reviews and comments regarding delivery times, I cancelled the order before it had gone to processing. They confirmed the order had been cancelled. Several days later, it arrived. Poor quality product. I requested a return address and refund and they fobbed me off saying because it was personalised, I couldn't have a refund. Now they're ignoring my emails. Avoid at all costs!!!

Shocking. Awful. Have never been scammed and looks like I was fooled! They are liars. And never send your item. Then say they will resend the item. Give you the old tracking information. And don’t send it. Have asked for a refund… have received nothing!

Niets kopen bij deze oplichters, onvoorstelbaar dat deze bedrijven op internet actief mogen zijn. Eenmaal besteld duurt het zeer lang voor het geleverd is en de kwaliteit is dramatisch. Vervolgens teruggestuurd en na 3 maanden nog geen geld terug en er wordt niet gereageerd.

Should be zero stars, non delivery have emailed twice and just getting that they are looking into it.
Ordered in a rush before Xmas and as others say should have looked at reviews first. Contacting my credit card company for a charge back, paid £62 so not covered by section 75 though.

Agree with others simply rubbish I thought it was a uk company - wriggly Lobster- charged it up nothing happened, very furry which fell out not suitable for any dog !!

I ordered an item 4 weeks ago. I still havnt received the item. No refund, no new item sent. They are asking me to contact my local post office. Why should I? It isn’t my job to be going around chasing people for a parcel I paid for. Also didn’t get any confirmation email. Would never order off these again.

Order still hasn't arrived and looks like it's come from a very long way. Not based in the UK although the website seems to indicate it is. Avoid. I'm trying to get my money back.

Orders the dog toy 2nd December and it’s not received yet. Customer services are not replying to my email and no updates whatsoever. When tracking the delivery, it’s still showing 4th December last update. I looks like a scammer website

evenals eerdere emails had ik niet door dat het Londense adres windowdressing is. Zending kwam vertraagd binnen maar erger was de inferieure kwaliteit en verkeerde maatvoering. En dan begint het eindeloze kat- en muisspel tussen gefleste koper en geduldige verkoper. Tot je op een gegeven moment denkt: dit is het niet waard. Dan maar 50 piek down the drain. Maar dit moet stoppen!

Super slecht , het lijkt dat je besteld in Nederland maar niets is minder waar, het pakket kwam uit engeland, dlecht artikel wil het terug sturen maar dan moet het ineens naar China. Met torenhoge kosten . .

real scammers and crooks. everything that is described on the site about the product is not correct and is fake. The product I received was simply worthless. wanted to return it, they just kept me on the line with ridiculous offers. I am very disappointed.

Wat een onwijs slecht bedrijf met een nog slechtere klantenservice!
Je pakket komt uit China, en als je het verkeerde artikel krijgt kan je het helemaal uitzoeken.
Na een aantal keren gemaild te hebben, zit ik nu al vanaf begin augustus te wachten op mijn terugbetaling.

Bestel hier nooit iets!

Wat een nep. Veel te duur en te lang gewacht komt uit China. Heb 40,00 euro betaald. Was nog geen 2 euro waard. KOOP HIER NOOIT!
