House was as advertised, had everything you could need during your stay. Bed was very comfy. Location was peaceful and great for our very old dog as she could go for gentle walks around the pond outside although she wasn't a fan of the flooring inside! We bought some mats from Bunnings which solved the problem.
A very comprehensive instruction manual was available digitally which answered any questions you might have. Company messaged leading up to stay and also received a phone call to check we were all settled in and to see if we needed anything.

We loved the huge windows, seafront location, comfortable bed and fully fenced back yard. It's really fantastic that two dogs are allowed inside and also have access to a very secure outside area. Everything was immaculately clean and the house was generally very well equipped indeed. Wifi, TV and DVD worked seamlessly. We walked 2 minutes to an excellent pizza/Indian cuisine restaurant for dinner. Easy communication with hosts. Great value overall.

We had a great stay at Victor Harbour for 5 nights in late February 2026. The property at 27 Breckan Ave had all the facilities available, the property was clean, tidy, easy self check in / out and has everything near by. The view from the balcony with a fresh sea breeze was fabulous. The booking, payment & bond return services were seamless, friendly and professional. Thank you 🙏

A lovely spacious home close to shopping centre and conveniences and local attractions.
The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area is exactly as shown on booking.com. There is also a separate living area, which we didn’t use. The laundry is well equipped and there is an outdoor area with a gas bbq.
Very comfortable beds, and ensuite plus additional bathroom were perfect for our two couples.
Highly recommend this property. Although we aren’t travelling with pets, they are welcome at this property.

Petlet is an excellent company to deal with throughout the whole process of booking, payment, instructions and support once at the property. They provide comprehensive instructions about the property in terms of access and use of appliances etc. The added value of perks and the welcome gift makes the stay more enjoyable. We always feel welcome and valued in a Petlet property. Support for any issues once at the property is excellent and something you don't often get with other companies. I would recommend them highly for anyone wanting to take pets on a holiday as being able to have them inside makes all the difference. We bring a little chihuahua with us and she is an inside dog so doesn't cope if she has to stay outside. Keep up the good work. If we are taking the dog, we will only stay at Petlet properties.

What a hidden gem! I celebrated my 70th Birthday on Saturday from 6th March to 9th March, with my children, grandkids, friends and dogs and quite frankly cannot fault anything. The location was so peaceful and relaxing. The kids were kept busy on the watercraft and beach and didn't want to leave. The booking process was a breeze and staff a quick phone call away if we needed anything. It's a shame the dogs are not allowed on the beach or in the water but completely understand that not all people are responsible pet owners. will definitely be visiting again.

The location of the accommodation was excellent, the booking process was quick and easy, the communication emails/text messages was detailed and informative. I have and will continue to use petlet for work and personal travel. The customer service is fantastic and I highly recommend.

I recently made a same day booking for accommodation through petlet, unfortunately after booking I was told the accommodation was not ready for guests, I was told I could pick any other available accommodation without paying a price difference, I chose another place showing as available on their website and once again the house was not ready for guests. I chose one last house and then was told yes I could book but would have to pay $315 extra. I asked for a refund, they refunded but charged me a fee of $10.70. I am extremely unhappy with their service and they have lost a customer! My family and I have had no problems with them in the past but sadly we will not be using them again.

Our dogs are happiest when they are with us!

The property was well located, short walk to the beach and easy drive into Victor Harbor. Great spot if travelling alone or with another couple as two bedrooms with bathrooms. Kitchen well set up if you like to cook. Property was clean and well maintained

I would like to say that my wife and I with our little fur baby had a great time.The house itself was amazing, the view of the lake and the hills in the background was WOW..The staff at Pet Let are so easy to contact,I had a couple of questions about my booking and they were more than happy to help me out.
Only 1 minor problem though,I'm on a disability pension because of a major back issue,My wife and I (both in our 60s)found it very hard to get down onto the beach.The step down is way to high for us a little long in the tooth..It might be a good idea if possible to try and make it a little bit easier to get up and down to and from the beach.
Apart from that we had a awesome time and we do plan on coming back there again.

Simply lovely property, retro vibe and so cosy, magnificent views and walk across the road and you’re at the beach. For bird watchers, the rear of the property is very close to Aldinga Scrub, and it was ever so nice to have some special feathered visors call by. Walks on the beach, the sunsets amazing - we loved it! A 10 minute beach walk and you’re at Pearl for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

I really needed this time away but first up it took me ages to find the safe box, instead of saying it’s on the verandah post at the front of the house, the notes told me it was to the left of the front door. I was looking everywhere along the wall to the left of the door and couldn’t find it, getting wet while searching.
Thought as though I was wet I would have a warm shower, I searched in every cupboard and drawer for a bath towel, only to find there were none. I had to wait until 7.00 at night before someone could drop one around.
I watched Netflix so I didn’t realise the tv wasn’t working on live tv until the next day when two separate people came around at different times trying to fix it to no avail.
The first night I pulled the sheets back as I always do to check the bed before getting in, it had several black hairs on the white sheets. I had to sleep in it thinking the sheets were dirty. First thing next morning I washed the sheets and remade the bed.
On the positive I got one day out of three where I could actually relax.
The cottage was nice and had most things I needed.

Booking process was smooth and effortless. Any questions we had were answered. Our accommodation at Goolwa was clean, well presented and equipped with all kitchen necessities. We would use PetLet again and stay at the same property. A nice peaceful break from the city.
