Very happy with my microfibre robe, and great communication from Jordan. After ordering, he quickly emailed to check I was happy with the details, as I'd ordered an old style without realising, and being inept at colour choices, I left it with him to decide what to go for in the newer style. The robe arrived very soon after, is a great size, and already being put to work on cold water swims. Thank you!

I'm a cold water dipper/swimmer in the Scottish Highlands and my (not Peth) dry robe proved to be more warm and windproof than drying. As such, after seeing an advert for Peth I ordered robes for myself and 2 friends as gifts, along with the towels.
I had an email the following day saying that the one colour was out of stock, so could choose a different colour or wait for the re-stock. I chose and alternative colour, which was fine. Robes and towels were all embroidered free of charge and arrived within a few days.
Towelling robes are amazing and easy on/off and they dry me whilst warming up after a dip. The towels are really big and really do repel sand!
I have since had several email chats with the owner Jordan after he asked what else people would like and I look forward to new colours arriving soon.
What I will add, is that it appears Jordan runs the company solo, so all credit to him for producing what he does. Blips happen in businesses, with online stock not matching actual stock or issues with messages/orders, as other people have experienced, according to reviews.
Peth is a great company and the products are brilliant. I have no trouble recommending Peth.

Lovely changing Robes ordered on a buy one get one free. Both personalised at no extra cost. Lovely soft towelling/ microfibres. Large enough to easily change your clothes under. With a zip pocket that will fit your phone and more if needed. Thank you.

Ordered on a Friday morning and delivered on Saturday lunch time! Lovely beach towels, great colors, free names embroidery and a bundle offer too… what’s not to like! I’ve been eyeing quick dry beach towels for a while but always thought they’re rather expensive… Peth sells those for a fraction of the price advertised by other retailers!
I am now going to order a changing robe as well!

Jordan went above and beyond to resolve a small issue I had. I have 2 changing robes and my friends have also ordered them once they saw mine. Highly recommended.

Bought two Robes, that i got personalised. Ordered them on the 14/07/25 and got them delivered on 16/07/25.

Love the free embroidery he offers and the size of the robes are amazing being a bigger lady

Terrible customer service. Order never arrived, all emails were ignored. After several Instagram messages the product arrived 3 weeks late with no apology.
Products themselves are fab.

These are really great, currently in Greece and they’re perfect when you get out of the pool. Dry really quick. Highly recommend

Ordered a change robe/towel and it arrived within just a couple of days. I have used it a few times, it appears to be good quality.
Price is reasonable for what it is.

Birthday gift for my cold water loving mates. They said the towels were super soft and they love them. Fast delivery too.

Ordered and received another two of these robes! (Already Purchased some for family over Christmas). Excellent quality and great for those doing outdoor and water activities. We use ours when we go off in our campervans as great going to and from the shower block and also at home! Good delivery too!

Ordered two kids robes on the 4th May. Reviews all said they got it within 24hrs of ordering. I'm in the second week of no robes, I requested several times tracking details kept being told I'll get them but never did. Got an email to say delay In robes but that was for adults not kids, people who had delayed on adults look like they have received thiers now, I still haven't received my kids robes. Now saying the colour I ordered is out of stock but on the website it's in stock (adults yes says out of stock) not kids which I ordered.
Now asking for a refund ... Silence...

Please don't waste your money trying to support this company.
I ordered on 29th April, kept checking tracking, but no joy! Did webchat, constant fibs. Now trying to blame Royal Mail.
They really cannot cope with orders why state on website fast delivery!

Jordan is an absolute legend! His robes are bloody wonderful and his customer service is fabulous.

I ordered what I thought was a blue and teal bogof offer with our names on. We were going to be so fancy - wet, but fancy! Then the order said only 1 robe. Yikes, thinks I and I send an email to ask what was probably a really stupid question. I needn't have worried as Jordan confirmed that two robes were ordered - hurrah!

Our package was sent so quickly with minimal fuss, brought by Dave the postie (cheers Dave). It was only then that I realised that my teal robe had defaulted to a grey one with no name.

I had a play with the website and found that it kept doing that so I sent an email to Jordan to let him know that we were happy with the robes but mine had defaulted to grey and the website may be hinky. The response was oh no! How can we fix this for you? I am sending you a teal robe.

And he did, he sent me a teal robe. He didn't need to, but he did to make me happy. And that is great customer focus.

Have given 2 stars as item ordered has arrived today 26th, ordered 16th… it is good quality however customer service has been poor hence the lower rating for the company.

I sent a message via chat on the website on Thursday 24th April to advise that I had not been sent any tracking details for my order which had not arrived, I was mindful that we had had a bank holiday weekend which could have hampered delivery.
The owner said he would check with Royal Mail the following day.
On Friday 25th I made contact again and I asked that my order be cancelled, as I had checked the website which showed my order was “unfullfilled” - I was told my order had been posted on 17th April, and Royal Mail had said it “was out for delivery” and again I asked for tracking details. I was told they would be provided after he had dealt with Royal Mail collection that day…. I heard nothing further.
My parcel, arrived today (clearly not out for delivery yesterday) and surprise surprise, it had been sent by Tracked 24 postage. I have used the tracking number on the parcel and have proof that this item was only posted yesterday. I am not impressed at being lied to and I will not use this company again.
Message to owner, honesty is always the best policy even when you have made a mistake!
