Super cheap, high quality treats that the dogs love. Delivery is always quick and customer support has been great on the rare occasion there's been a mix-up. Been using these guys for years.

Hi Evelin, Thank you for your time and feedback. The order received in the afternoon of 20th September was picked up by NZ Post at midday 21st September and delivered on 27th. We acknowledge that the delivery took longer than the normal overnight. The parcel was sent by overnight courier (i.e. freight cost paid for overnight delivery ), unfortunately due to the current level 3 lockdown and as widely reported in the news media and on NZ Post website, NZ Post is experiencing significant delivery delays up to 5 working days for items in and out of Auckland as a result of the additional Covid 19 lockdown safety procedures and increased volumes. We expect deliveries will return to normal (i.e. overnight) once Auckland moves from the current lockdown level 3 to level 1. Thank you for shopping with us.

Awesome, given the circumstances
Given the circumstances of lockdown and the logistics, I couldn't be happier with the service. NZ Post delivered as expected, 3 business days after the due date. 15kg of food will keep the kitty going through whatever happens next.
