Quick supportive reaction, solved the issue I had. Improvement would be to know the shipment status or to receive a tracking number. Also, a suggestion is to have a few more appropriate product images, hoodies, t-shirts, etc.
Also, utilize social media a bit more for promotion; I accidentally found out about the signatures because I wrote an email regarding my visit to IOM :)

Did not have the size I ordered, even though the website said it was in stock. Had to have larger size instead. No message from company or courier about dispatch or delivery.

I am sorry for the issues caused by your order. I had sent you an email as soon as we noted that there was a stock error. I offered different alternatives, and you had agreed to accept the larger sizes. I had sent you an email to inform you that the items were now packed and ready to be shipped.
