Petcaresupplies Recensioni

The item was late and looked different than pictured. Kinda let down by this purchase.

Terrible customer service. Placed order and after a week, the order had still not shipped. Was told on the phone it was a Canadian company and that is what my withdrawal from debit card said. Order didn't show up on my web account so I called. Was informed that product had not shipped and it would be shipping from the UK and it would be 2-4 weeks and no guarantee that all my order would be together. Do not bother. Prices may be good but nobody has over a month to wait and no guarantee your entire order is in the shipment.

Very frustrating experience that finally led me to work with a different company. Their website won't take credit card orders, so they send you an email stating you have to call them. You call and they don't answer their phone. SEVEN TIMES!!!!!!!!!!!!! So if they don't want my money, I'm sure a more qualified company will be glad to send me 15 XL size Bravecto chewable pills every 3 months. That's lots of money in their pockets

I bought 2 Soresto dog collars and they were FAKE! Took to the vet and she said they're FAKE because of same serial numbers and expiration dates! REAL Soresto collars have 1 serial number per can and DO NOT have expiration date!! I also noticed that the shipping address is the very same as the one when I ordered from Amazon! DON'T BE FOOLED!!

I have been trying for an hour and a half to place a simple little order and you obtuse web site would not let me pay. Called your number and got absolutely no help at all!!!!! Your site totally sucks. Thanks for nothing!!!!!

At the time I started ordering from this company there were another company with the same name but the the email address was written a little different the first letter. I have ordered from this company for several years,no problem with the merchandise. The longer delivery time is worth it for the savings and I knew this before I ordered.

I got spammed by this company. I had never heard of it but they ended up in my email. I checked them out first before clicking on the website. They seemed legit. The email said free shipping. The Semperico that I wanted to order for my dogs said, 3 pills, 65.95, their price? 39.59. I figured I would order two boxes. It should have come to $79.18. Instead it came to $139.90, full price with a shipping cost of $6.99. I call BS. I reported the email as spam and deleted the email. I will continue to buy my pet meds from over seas. No thanks!

I have been ordering from Petcare supplies for several years. They are the best place to get what you need.

Love getting our flea/tick meds at a great price.

The delays from this so called company are unacceptable. They must be shipping products via slow boat from china. I am very disgusted with this entity, and it should be prevented from doing business in the US.

Pet care supplies site is very easy to use. They promptly delivered the items to my address on time

Prices are very reasonable. Shipping is overseas so that takes a little longer but I've been very happy with the Seresto collars I've received at significant discounts compared to any other source.

Orders are always on time. I like the fact that my automatic orders have no shipping fees and continue to be discounted.

I have been using this company for many years, first I like to say that the quality is very good my dog uses the frontline & heartgard for many years and has not had any problems with either meds. The delivery is 👍. The company stands by there products. Good customer services. Will continue buying products from Pedcare supplies.

Always best prices, great products. The best value around.

Petcaresupplies is our go-to vendor for our flea treatments. We care for a colony of over 20 feral cats and if it wasn't for Petcaresupplies we couldn't afford to provide them flea treatments

This company has great prices. They are always giving extra discounts. They're shipping is very quick. The website is easy to navigate.

With prices on everything going up, it’s nice to be able to get pet prescriptions at a significantly lower price than I see elsewhere. I get my dogs Heartgard, Nexgard and Apoquel here.

Because the products ship from overseas and delivery takes a longer, it’s important to take note of when you start to run low so you can order while you still have some medication on hand.

I have been ordering from here for years! It may take a bit for shipping but you can’t beat the prices! I have referred many family and friends and they all LOVE it!
