Very much unhappy with the experience. Ordered a blanket weeks ago, they said it would be here in 2 weeks.. today has been exactly 14 days, not only is it not arrived but they haven't even sent it out yet nor given a tracking number nor when it will arrive..Basically lied and said its because December is a busy month . Its a busy month every year, you had 11 months to prepare. If you want something thats going to be quick and easy, work of warning , don't order from here

Oh, how cool! A very cool idea to make a print on any item of your favorite animal! I have a mini spitz and I decided to pin a blanket with his photo and a cup! And the print is very bright!

Old:
I placed two orders on November 23 including two pillows and a large canvas. One of the orders, 207052, is for the canvas, where I approved the background, but have not received an email that it has shipped. The other order for the two pillows did ship and I received them. One pillow is great. The other though, is printed terribly. The grey cat in the picture I submitted is green on the pillow. I’ve written the support email extremely nicely but they are requiring $25 for a re-print fee. The pillow is not the same color as the picture I sent. There are satisfaction guarantees on their website including an assurance on the page where you choose a background, saying this is not a replica of the final product— the artists will make sure the result is great. The picture there doesn’t show a green cat either. I’m very frustrated that they are requiring me to pay them extra for fixing a mistake on their end. I have offered to pick up the finished re-print since it shipped from a location close to me so the costs are reduced for them, but they replied stating “the $25 fee still stands.” This is a gift. I cannot give this person a present of a pillow that shows their precious cat as green! This isn’t my fault. I’ve never encountered a customer service this difficult. This feels exactly like extortion.

I ordered a phone case from PetCanva. I was worried at first that it would not stand up to my heavy use and abuse but I was happily wrong!! Not only does it look great but it has proved to be very durable.

My second purchase was a canvas of my furbaby for his birthday. He and my husband love it!! The colors, the artwork are just what they promised. I couldn't be more pleased!!

Absolutely love this company! Excellent quality and I’m obsessed with my products I’ve purchased. Any pet lover would die for these options for gifts or yourself. Very quick to respond and easy to get issues fixed should there be one!

My dad loved his sweatshirt- it was a surprise bday gift. His puppy on his chest! The sweatshirt is very warm. Very happy w purchase!

On this occasion I ordered a large fleece blanket for my nephew because he loves his dog so much. I wanted to get him a gift that had something to do with his dog and so I did. The blanket came out amazing and he loved. I usually complete a review for any item I purchase right away, but I decided to wait to see how the quality of the blanket would hold up. And so far the blanket is amazing. I see him use it everyday and we have washed it a couple of times and the blanket doesn’t see to be fading like other blankets do. The quality of the blanket is great and durable. I definitely recommend buying from PetCanva. Super soft blanket!

The blanket came out so much better than expected, from the likeness of the pet picture I sent, to the soft quality. It was a gift for my sister’s cat’s “Gotcha Day” and she said it was the best gift ever of her fur babies.
I also had a login issue and their support team was so quick to help and keep me updated on my order!

The canvas was perfect and it was created and shipped quickly!

I had a blanket made with my dog, Maggie, for my little girl, and she takes it everywhere with her. She loves it! Highly recommended!

I'd never heard of PetCanva. Then, my pooch passed and a friend gave me one of their custom totes as a way to remember my old guy. It's the perfect gift! I love it and it never ceases to make me smile!

Very impressed by the quality and service of Pet Canva. My housemates loved the blanket I got them as a gift with their two dogs on it and I’ll certainly be ordering myself one of my own dog. Highly recommend PetCanva and I hope to gradually order different products or theirs over time due to the amazing product just received!
