Cat left with 'pet sitter' in West London who then LOST the cat and refuses to do anything to help or assist the owner with i formation that led to her pet being lost! Please be careful of the 'pet sitters' registered with this company, in particular a male pet sitter who lives in the Hammersmith and Fulham area. If you have to use this company, please avoid leaving your pet with the man who lives in White City, W12. He will openly let your cat out in an area it does not know and will lose your cat and wash his hands of the situation while you stress and panic about your pet being lost on the streets in an area they don't know for weeks in terrible weather.! Absolutely disgusting! He's extremely lucky it's not my cat that's all I'm going to say!!

It’s a great app for someone who is looking for a home options to board there cats and dogs. Very convenient and easy to book options and also the customer service is responsive at time. I use this app almost everyday to check on pet boardings and has been very usefule to me. I appreciate Pet Baker for there services.

I have recently started using Petbacker as a platform to find work as a dog walker, pet sitter , pet taxi driver and dog groomer. So far I am very impressed with the swiftness of the reply of customer support and professionalism when problems arise . I feel it is always good to use an efficient platform for insurance purposes and also for when problems arise and for safety purposes and also to provide potential customers with bonafide reviews . Customers like to see other user experiences with a pet carer and reviews are important and pet carers need to feel protected and Petbacker provides this protection

I have found PetBacker half a year ago and since that time I have met great people and cute pets 😍😻 When I cannot effort to have a cat by myself, me and my daughter have a great experience to enjoy cats company and earn for our own in future 😀 The fee for the service is a bit big but PetBacker also takes care about people who provide services also 👍

I've been using the app for over a year now as a petsitter and I have been more than satisified with their services. As a stay-at-home wife and mother, I was able to have a part time job doing something I am passionate about at the comfort of my home. And although there had been minor bumps along the way, their customer service people are very accomodating, understanding, and efficient.

The app is a great tool to connect pet owners and petsitters, and their Review System is, I think, the deal breaker since it would be very difficult to entrust a beloved pet to a complete stranger.

I would highly recommend using Petbacker.

I have only been using PetBacker for a few months. I have used it as a pet owner and a pet sitter. Like any new app it took some effort for me to learn to navigate. I'm over 65 and prefer being able to talk on the phone to resolve questions, so I do not like using online customer support. But once I figured out how to CHAT with PetBacker I discovered they respond in a timely manner and the agents are nice and easy to communicate with. If the issue seems urgent they acted accordingly. PetBacker does have a telephone option. If the issue cannot be resolved by CHAT they will schedule a call. If you're a dog care professiomal and you're wondering whether its worth your time to join PetBacker, my experience is that it was worth my time after receiving payment for completing my fIrst two jobs. I have been struggling to rebuild my dog business after a family illness and every opportunity to generate work is helpful. I have found so far that PetBacker has helped to fill in financial gaps. Furthermore, I was happy with my experience finding a dog walker for my dog with PetBacker. The response was quick and there were several choices. I use another pet care app that malfunctions frequently, so I'll be using PetBacker from now on for any future needs.
