Petbacker in Malta for me is a disaster i have complained about a lady who works with this company as a dog trainer because she was really hopeless she is not professional at all my dog could do whatever he wants with her because she could not control him so i was really disappointed i did complain with the company but they only refunded half the amount i paid i am still sending them messages but without any reply !!!!!!

Petbacker is a SCAM APP, do not waste your time as you will never get a lead from them, they were talking to my customer at the same time i was talking with them and tried to steal the customer pretending to be me, but the customer took screenshots and sent to me before they were blocked. When i told them about their misconduct with proof of screenshots, at first they said this is normal, and probably someone on their team said they sound like an IDIOT, SO they quickly rewrote and said it was a glitch? WOWWWWW, they asked me to write 3 excellent reviews about them in order to become a member and get leads from them, so the actual reviews you are reading are fake reviews that they tell each client to write in order to successfully pass their review state.

PetBacker is a SCAM company that gives no leads to anyone and on top of that they tell us to write 3 good comments and review them so they can grow their website and the trust in people without spending one dollar in advertising, and on top of that, they were chatting with a client who wanted to hire me and the client sent me a screenshot of them trying to steal the customer and the customer was confused and sent me photo screenshot of them trying to steal the customer, they are using our profiles and when job is booked, they send their own team to pick up the pets for boarding, and your pet is never ever with the profiles you think your pet is going home to for boarding, this is so illegal but they aren’t in UAE for me to complain about them, they have a shell company based out of Singapore, you can also go on Reddit , they have not one good review, and no one is able to contact PetBacker on phone, you can only send them email and wait 24 hours to get response, they tried to do boarding for 15 dollars a day and most of the customers thought this was so weird everyone knew it’s a scam .

Excellent platform that helped us find the best cat sitter while we were in Bangkok. The app is easy to use and has a lot of useful features. The support team is very friendly and quick to respond. It was really reassuring to be able to read verified reviews of the different sitters. All our requests had a lot of responses.

It is a safe and convenient mean to find a pet sister. Everything can be arranged through the app, including the payment which is very convenient. I even managed to modify my booking for a shorter stay and got reimbursed for those days. The app itself can use some work to work smoother. Overall very satisfied
