DON’T TRUST THEM!
The tracking number showed “failed delivery” twice, even though I was home both times. I contacted customer service, but they claimed the delivery company could no longer ship the parcel for free.
Frustrated, I said I wanted to return the order and that they could deduct the shipping cost from my refund.
Despite their website clearly advertising free returns, customer service initially told me I would only receive a 50% refund. When I asked on what basis they were keeping half of my money, they suddenly increased the offer to 70% as a “gesture of goodwill” — absolutely diabolical.
I only accepted because I don’t have the time or energy to pursue complaints through my bank or consumer protection organisations.
