Thank you for the great review! We're really pleased with how smoothly it all ran a same-day appointment, Adin arriving bang on time, sorting the job efficiently, and having you back to normal within half an hour. That kind of prompt, no-fuss service is exactly what we aim for, and Adin will be glad to hear he looked after you so well. Thank you for taking the time to share this we're here whenever you need us again!
The telephone booking process was easy and the staff were really helpful. We seem to have got rid of the ladybirds but it was clearly explained that they do return to nests, so we may have to repeat in the autumn. But for now, all is good.

Thank you for the lovely, detailed review! We're so glad the telephone booking process was easy and that our team were really helpful that's exactly the experience we want for every customer. You're spot on about ladybirds: they're creatures of habit and often return to the same nesting spots, so a repeat treatment in the autumn may well be worth it, and we'll be ready to help if they do come back. It's always our aim to explain things clearly so you know what to expect. We're here 7 days a week with fast, 24-hour response times whenever you need us. Thanks for choosing Pest UK!
