Thank you for the lovely review, and for recommending us! We're really glad our surveyor was friendly, polite and clearly knew his stuff that knowledge makes all the difference when it comes to rats. Stopping them getting from the garden into the house is exactly the right priority, and it's great to hear the proofing suggestions he made have worked out for you. Thank you for taking the time to share this we'd be glad to help again whenever you need us.
