Bought Parafilm Grafting Tape – 1″ Wide and description says 1 box of 6 rolls. Only got 1 roll for insane price of $22.50. Trying to deal with their customer service was a pain and return policy was horrible. Couldn't talk to anyone in this issue. It was false advertising and they won't admit to it. I don't recommend not buying anything from Pestrong.
My experience with this company was negative. This company has deteriorated over the years. I recently ordered an item (bellow duster) and it was missing a piece making it not useable. I contacted customer service via email and there was no response. I would not recommend this company to friends, family, or enemies!!!!
Bought two packets of the Demon WP.. Sold me outdated products. REL date was 02/2020, so it was sitting around for almost 4 years.. They said its OK. Other searches say it should be good for 3 years.. Of course the potency would not be as good.. Customer service said nothing they could do about it.. BUY from another company.. Will never use this company again..
This site is basically a scam.
Their 'policies' are extremely sleezy and anti-consumer. Any refund is subject to an arbitrary 5% fee that they pocket for no apparent reason other than their inherent greed.
Do not order anything from this sleezy vendor unless you want to end it with a claim from your payment provider.
