I’ve only been going to Andy for a couple of months but really beginning to see the benefits of a Personal Trainer. I’d always been apprehensive about going to a Personal Trainer for numerous reasons but his teaching techniques, expertise and encouragement have resulted in real gains and visible progress. I’ve learned so much about proper lifting form and I’m definitely getting stronger and bigger - which was the brief!

We’re sticking to what works while introducing new exercises and rep schemes. This proves the breadth of his knowledge and keeps the sessions fresh while maintaining momentum; it is exactly what I was looking for.
