No subscription money taken and order placed
I haven't used these guys for over 6 months and cancelled my order and subscription many months back. I wake up today to see these guys have taken £28 from my bank saying they are dispatching an order with a no reply email address to reply to and no other contact details. I have been online and found a customer care email and emailed that now awaiting there reply. How can I have an order after at least 6 months to a year of confirming cancellation of another order this makes no sense

I never received my order
I never received my order. When I inquired of status I was told the product was discontinued. I was refunded. Three weeks later I was then charged again as part of my subscription of this product, despite it being discontinued. I was reimbursed again. While I commend their response, not having the product removed from its site and not canceling subscriptions from the start was a disappointment.

I received my order a few week back and…
I received my order a few week back and it is very handy to have my vitamin on the go packed it’s way better than having multiple bottles of vitamins which I forget to take many times hope I could see good results by the end of month

I’ve enjoyed my subscription with Personalised and have received great customer service along the way. I don’t feel it’s necessary to take vitamins every single day of the year, so I have now cancelled my subscription.
