3 times we have ordered the bags of food & 3 times we have received it within a couple of days. The food is very goos quality and sent in well sealed water tight bags. The fact that our dog loves the food makes whole experience one of positivity.

Shopping is easy. The website is straightforward to use and the products clearly illustrated and described, including nutritional information. Shipping is also speedy and unfussy, given that I live in the Highlands and many companies either won't deliver or charge extra. All in all a very good company.

Excellent service over the years. The food speaks for itself, our chocolate labrador lived to a grand old age of 18 years old. Our black lab who is also on pero food is 14yrs old and doing very well. The product ordered (Low Calorie & Gluten Free - Salmon & Brown Rice 2Kg Trial Pack) is still being assessed. Our Jack Russell, a fussy eater, usually finishes her daily allowance within 24 hours - which is a better rate of consumption than the dog-food we previously used.
It also seems to be working in terms of weight control. So far, therefore, no complaints about the actual product.
However, the DPD Express delivery was slightly disappointing - taking 4 days to arrive (although that did include a weekend).
