Having invited other agents to look at marketing my elderly mothers property. Once we met Katie with her friendly professional approach it was so easy for us to make our choice as to who we would engage with. Throughout the whole process the team were brilliant especially Cheryl who went over and above what she was contracted to do. Knowing that both my sister & I lives miles away and would not be on hand to deal with things. Five Star rating is an understatement.

Following the excellent help and advice we received when buying our cottage, we decided to go with Perkins George Mawer & Co for letting it out. We recently viewed a property to let and had a pleasant experience. Christian was very friendly and also professional. He aloud us to view the property at our own pace and didn’t follow us around so we didn’t feel pressured. The overall communication from the agents has been very thorough. Highly recommend.
