Fake Helena Rubinstein Re-Plasty Age Recovery Night cream 100ml waste my time

Love the services. Orders usually take long to arrive, but they are well handled and finally arrive in perfect order. I love the products especially eau de rochet mild perfume scent.

I placed an order for hair products I couldn't get here. Got them half price . Took about 2 1/2 weeks to come but thats what was stated when placing order. Order arrived well packaged would highly recommend and will definitely be ordering again

I ordered 2 hard to find shampoos. The order took at least twice as long as expected. Roughly 5-6 weeks.
When I received my order, the box was beat up and had obviously been re-taped shut. I only received half of my order. Looking back through the info, looks like it took a long time to get to U.S. customs. Then got the super inspection at U.S. customs. I think the company is OK but their shipping to the US sucks.

My experience with this company was fabulous. Easy and the items arrived in perfect condition and in a timely manner. I found the cream while overseas and was sure I’d never find it in the US. But oh happy day….here it is! Thanks so much!

I too, experienced poor receipt of goods. This company is in The Nederlands, so be advised.
Ordered late Dec, said delivery within two weeks. It was make-up so I needed it.
Same comment as others, all paperwork, back and forth and no tracking updates, can't cancel til product is delivered then has to be unopened and refused upon delivery with certain # days.
Total time line from order to Final refund.....6 months.
Save yourself, don't buy internationally.

I was concerned with the length of time for the shipping and arrival estimate given when I ordered. While there was some problem with tracking my order the customer service answered my questions and gave me an arrival date that was accurate. I had some reservations about the Perfume's Club but they are reliable and delivered the product I wanted and assured me throughout the time frame from placing the order until delivery. Very good from my perspective!

I had made a purchase but never received it. I contacted the company & they acknowledged the misfortune. They immediately sent another order out. I received the order shortly thereafter & then the other order also showed up. I contacted the company & was instructed to keep both orders without additional cost to me. Each time I contacted them, they were quick to respond. What great customer service!

I found a product that was no longer available online. Being quite stubborn, I continued to search and found exactly what I needed at perfumeclub.us, in the correct quantity and a the price was great! It was not until after I got the order confirmation that I realized I had ordered from an international site.
This was absolutely one of the best online shopping transactions I have had in 2 years. I was not even nervous!
The box arrived Monday - days earlier than the tracking indicated. The box flap had been opened, most likely in US Customs and every item that I ordered was in fact in the box and accounted for.
I am now a HUGE perfumeclub fan and will be a loyal customer. Thank you again!

Bought two lotion on Black Friday, and now it is end of December still not received, and no refund. They were supposed to be Christmas gift for my girlfriend and now I had to purchase them locally last minute. Tracking status hadn't updated since Dec. 7th. When I fist told them I had not received it they refused to refund saying it had been delayed but was on its way. They then said I had to wait 5 more days before they would consider a refund. Nothing happened in mid-December so i complained again and they said I had to fill out and sign an affidavit for the courier company to investigate before they would consider a refund. They said the investigation will take 2 months!!! They said they're gonna consider it lost on Feb-22nd. So basically they take your money for 3 months and don't give it back if you don't get the goods and put every obstacle in the way of you trying to claim your money back. Companies that operate like this should not be allowed to operate on the internet. They have no respect for consumer law and that is the definition of criminal activity. There are so many reviews on here with a similar experience. Avoid or report them. My tracking number is LS083662747NL. For people that're viewing this, track this on usps, the package has not moved since Dec. 28th! and they refused to refund me. This is fraud! No matter how good the prices are, avoid this company please!!!!!

Awful company. They won’t respond to my inquiries about not receiving a product. Blatantly ignoring me and I’ll never do business with them again. I’ll keep writing them and I will be reporting them as well.

I bought products to be shipped to the US, they were destroyed by customs, but when I contacted the customer service I received response within few hours along with the refund. I did not have to go back and forth with emails in order to receive my money back. I will be ordering from them and just shipping within the EU.

Mi orden nunca llegó a mi dirección, hubo un error al colocar la dirección de envío .
Se tardaron mucho tiempo en solucionarlo (15 días) ya finalmente me hicieron el reembolso de mi orden.
Fueron muy atentos en Customer Services, de hecho ya realicé una orden nueva que espero llegue antes de lo previsto.

The product is impossible to find in the U.S. It arrived in tact even though it took 2 months for shipping. The product arrived in tact.
