Great experience overall! Shipping was fast and everything arrived securely packaged and authentic. What really stood out was the excellent customer service — they were quick to respond and genuinely helpful with my questions. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!

Edit: Changed original 2 star review to 4 stars, following a call from Auriel in Customer Services who was very helpful and offered me a full refund if I returned the products. I didn’t want to return them so accepted a partial refund and the promise of a 7% off voucher.
Original review: Items received did not match description or picture of product. Ordered Schwarzkopf OSiS+ 3 G.FORCE Strong hold hair gel but received the Extra Strong hair gel instead. Tried ringing several times but call cut off. Kept product as too much hassle and item no longer displayed for sale on the website. The Max Factor eyeliner was as pictured and described.
