Not great value for money
I did not see a good value for money with these lessons. I cancelled the subscription for the next term a year ago. The company provided false dates for the term already paid for which meant that we ended up attending one session that we didn’t want to attend in the first place. The company refused to accept their error despite explaining and kept sending bills for one class. They even threatened me to send my details to the debt collectors which is ridiculous and unacceptable. I paid the balance today just so that I don’t have to see their name in my house or in my emails again. I felt coerced into paying and will be blocking them from all comms. Terrible experience.

Hi Dr Gandre, We were sorry to read this. As you know, after a full term of classes, your son attended an extra session back in July last year that you did not pay for. We wrote to you, called and emailed you on multiple occasions over the past 10 months but you did not respond. As a not-for-profit business we do ask that parents pay for all classes. Thank you for now paying but it is disappointing that you chose to write about us in this way.
