Perfectpowerwash Recensioni

PPW trespassed on our property and power washed around our house. We did not contract any work and they did this while we were not home. Whatever job they thought they had at my home left a white residue on wood work and windows. The only reason I know it was PPW is they left a yard sign. When I called and complained I got a lame "sorry" and they promised not to bill me! Very unprofessional company, they can't even get addresses correct!

We had a very disappointing experience with Perfect Power Wash. After they finished, our home still wasn't clean, and a soapy residue was left on our windows, siding, and doors. The chemicals also burned several of our plants and damaged our grass.
We contacted the company immediately and were repeatedly promised that a supervisor would come out to inspect and correct the problems. Despite multiple phone calls and several promises, no one ever showed up.
When we canceled our membership and asked them not to process the second payment, they refused and offered only $150 off a $750+ service that was never properly completed. We had to dispute the charge with our bank.
We're still seeking a full refund because the work was not completed correctly, the damage was never addressed, and the company failed to honor its repeated promises to make it right. We have photos documenting the poor workmanship and the damage.

They don't power wash your 2-story home. Just stand on ground 15 ft from house and spray chemicals. My cost was almost 800 dollars for 45 min chemical spray. Oh, did you want your gutters clean? That's an additional job. Now I have to get windows cleaned from white chemical residue.

This company is a scam. They do not wash your roof. They dump chemicals on it and expect that to do the job. If you have debris on your roof they just let it stay there. They do not "Power Wash" your roof at all. If you thought you would have a clean roof, you will be disappointed like I am. Additionally, never contact them and leave a phone number. You will be harassed daily with 5-10 phone calls daily.
