Charged my account and they stated had no information regarding my order
Fraud!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Ordered harnesses 60+ days ago and nothing. Real quick to take my money though. I believe this is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!!

My order was never confirmed by them and I'm not waiting 7 weeks for an answer. I am simply going to call my bank and report it as fraud. Your service sucks and I fully intend to make mention of it on FB, Twitter and every other social media I can find.

Was very disappointed in this product and will swallow the cost because of the poor return policy. The strap that fits under the body of my mini-dachshund loosens on every walk. Given the price point I expected better. I bought two one for my big too! No better on her. Don’t buy!

Made an order 7 weeks ago and card charged. I subsequently received messages that the items were delivered but they have not been received. Have found trying to contact you regarding this matter impossible unless I join Instagram or Facebook....

Never received order and Perfect Paw won't do anything about it and the Ontrac place said I need to deal with seller and nothing is being done about it. So i am out my money and harnesses. Would not order from here

If I could give it, no stars, I would. I purchased two dog harnesses, as well as two seatbelts to accompany the harnesses. The quality is extremely for me, and one of my dogs got out of her harness within about 10 feet and almost got hit by a car. I could never use this product again. The seatbelts have incredibly cheap plastic buckles. I would never feel comfortable using on an already inferior product. So upset. Then, when I tried to return them, they would not do so. They make sure you receive the product after the two week deadline of return. It’s a racket. Save yourself a lot of grief and walk on and away from the IMperfect Paw Store only!!!

ordered from them and after doing the "tracking" discovered the item is being sent directly from China. I thought I had done the proper research to see if they were a US company - they are not. Do not purchase from them

Ugh...fell for it. Didn't get the color I ordered or my dog's name on it so it's not as advertised. Should have read the reviews.

Update: they did make it right by sending the Velcro attachments with my dog's name separately. The belt under the chest needs constant adjustment to tighten but overall am satisfied with the product

I received my XS collar for my Morkie. I love it. Very good material. The name and phone was nice too since we travel . Great company too when I had questions easy resolved. Thank You

I purchased a harness in Jan 2023, my puppy was too small for it so we waited for him to grow. We have used it and it has safety issues. The harness comes undone when being used, my puppy almost ran on the road and as did I to stop it.

It put us both at risk.

I contacted the customer service email and they advised me that it is out of the 30day return period and they can not do anything about it.

It’s not only an expensive harness but is also unsafe. Port customer service as well.

I would never recommend.

Ordered no pull harnesses, I was finally given a tracking number and it's unable to be tracked. Thats after I was asked to download Trak17 to track the shipment.
I was very excited to purchase these but don't see a way to contact this company directly, I will dig a little deeper, for a customer service number before reaching out to my credit card company. I am already wishing I stayed away.

Ordered 1st one for my mom and her great pyr. It's made great (purple one) and she loves it. Ordered 2 more( took a little longer but I expected that but less than a month). Just arrived. Love them! Got the green and orange ones, extra large. Seems to fit very well, lots of room for adjustments.

Their indestructible dog toy lasted 12 minutes. What a ripoff!

I really wanted to order one of these but after reading the reviews I will not order. It's too bad you don't stand behind these folks and make customer service your number one priority.

These folks are hustlers. Suggest future buyers read the reviews.

We have two Anatolian Shepherds they are 50lbs and just had their last set of shots and are now ready to start leash training. Delivery took a little longer than expected but when I contacted Perfectpawstore to inquire they contacted me the next day. The harnesses look great with each pup’s name and phone number on them. Very happy with the quality and the size worked out great and very easy to put on and take off.

Going on three weeks and still no delivery. The item was one hour away in Monroe Township, NJ and now it’s in Georgia.
