A few years ago we purchased windows from this company. After only 3 years, one of the windows has already stopped working.
When I called customer service, I was told they would charge £150 just to come out and inspect the issue. At the time of purchase, we were assured there was a 10-year warranty covering everything — but now it turns out that’s not the case.
It’s very disappointing that windows start failing after such a short time, and the company takes no responsibility. Charging £150 just to look at a faulty product they supplied is unacceptable.
I also regret not leaving a review earlier. The installation itself was poorly done — the windows were not fitted properly, there were gaps, and I had to point out these issues myself for them to fix. This should have been done properly from the start without the customer needing to supervise or correct the workers.
All the positive reviews seem reliable only until something goes wrong. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

I am very satisfied with the installation of my composite door and aluminium windows. The customer service was excellent from start to finish—friendly, helpful, and responsive. The installation team was professional, punctual, and worked with great attention to detail. The quality of both the products and the workmanship is outstanding. I’m very pleased with the results and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for high-quality doors and windows with excellent service. Great job!

I wish I would read the reviews first. Terrible company. They sent the wrong windows, borough didn't accept the windows because of the general street view. They don't accept their failure even though I have documents and drawings about the correct windows..

We replaced all (10) of our top floor windows with PVC windows from Perfect Crystal Windows back in 2016. The installation was already far from perfect (but was compensated for it), but what is really disappointing is the very poor product quality. We have had a total of three windows with issues (either condensation or "fogging" inside). Two got repaired under warranty but one of them failed yet again and PCW refused to repair under warranty again. Some of the other windows show signs of mould inside. Communication with PCW lead nowhere and I have now given up and will have them repaired or replaced by a professional company.

I had a good experience with this company.
5 years or so after I changed a top hung window, I had an issue with it.
An engineer came reasonably quickly, and fixed it.
The fix was not difficult but they came and fixed the problem for free. I am grateful as I can now go on holidays with a window that closes properly. Thanks PCW

PCW fitted new windows throughout & a bi-fold door in 2017 and we were very happy with the product & service.

The bi fold door dropped & we needed a replacement part.

Paid for an engineer to come out in Dec 2023. After 4 months of chasing for an update - a 2nd engineer had to come out to view (March 24) - to again look at the door.

7 months on - I chase via email & phone call every 2 weeks & each time am told the service department will follow up & send an email.

I paid for a service request from Perfect Crystal Windows to fix a faulty locking system on a bi-fold door which they had installed a few years ago. We initially waited for two weeks for the initial inspection from one of their engineers. We then waited another two weeks while they were supposedly sourcing the replacement part. After chasing them numerous times, it became apparent that they didn’t know what the specific fault was with the door and which part they needed to source. They had taken a guess on it being a dead bolt and that it needed a full lock strip replacement. After another two weeks of being fobbed off, we had a local locksmith fix the bi-fold door where it came to light that it was a hook lock and only needed the centre case replacing. Perfect Crystal Windows is a dishonest company and should be avoided.

Never use them. We replaced every window in our house. Found them cutting out our brickwork to fit their miss-measured windows! Since then they leak, all the paint has pealed. 6 years later their apauling Customer service are still incapable of turning up to fix the problems.

PCW impressed me with their quick lead times, ensuring projects were completed promptly without compromising quality. The team's professionalism and friendliness created a positive working environment, making the experience enjoyable. I highly recommend PCW for their efficiency and remarkable team.

Avoid this company at all costs. They have a terrible customer service. The fitters could not cut a straight bit of wood and I waited nine months for installation.  The installation took 5 to 6 visits to get corrected..
 One of the fitters could not even cut a piece of wood square. 
Then there was no refund issued, or offered .

We had all our doors and double glazed windows replaced and months later are still waiting for them to complete the job and fix all the issues. We have damage on nearly every window frame, a bowed window frame that has huge gaps round the edges letting wind in (which they say is acceptable), a door that lets rain in under the frame, different patio doors than our order, damage to our property, I can go on & on. After sales are not interested as they take all your money before fitting can be arranged. AVOID at all costs.

I wanna replace my pvc to aluminium and asked The salesman Julian. He says a quote will do all install, survey, removal. And after a survey he said he doesn’t sure what’s under my laminate floor and ask me to open a bigger hole slot for their window. Oh then what’s the point and my pay for their survey? And how can I remove my upvc and chop a hole and wait their install? What if they said it’s not fit? Then I’ll have 2 3.6 meters windows in my home but a big hole without window? Very unprofessional service and I paid £420 for the survey + vat charged!!
DO NOT GO FOR PCW ITS IMPERFECT AND UNPROFESSIONAL!
