Excellent customer service
First time using Perfect cellar, the customer service is excellent.
There was a delivery issue due to Royal Mail, I was emailed and called personally by Moez of perfect cellar who refunded me and sent me a replacement free of charge.
Will be wine shopping here from now on.

Had a problem with a couple of Bottles with dodgy Corks!! sorted out by Jack replacements arrived the next day, now that is what i call brilliant Customer Service, Outstanding Value and some amazing Wines, would highly recommend.

The order, delivery etc was all excellent. Additionally when an issue arose the CEO Moez Serally immediately contacted me and totally owned the problem until resolved demonstrating they really do care and go the extra mile to make sure their clients are fully satisfied.
