Excellent quality…
Spent ages online looking for right size cushion inserts before I found this website and was tempted to purchase. So impressed with these dog bed insert cushions. So full and firm but soft and comfortable. Will definitely look to Percy's Pets Products again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. The Pet Bed you ordered is made to order and has a lead time of up to 7 working days before dispatch. We completely understand your concern and will email you directly to resolve this for you and provide an update.
Full Refund
Unfortunately our order arrived damaged....more than likely caused in transit. I contacted Percy's pets , and after sending photos, I got a full refund. They were quick to reply to my emails and refunded without any quibbles.
I'd be happy to order with them again.

I ordered three items and only one has come and I’ve had no indication of when the other two are coming.

Wanted to buy a particular dog bed that…
Wanted to buy a particular dog bed that we’d seen elsewhere and found it here at a great price. However after the expected delivery date had passed I was told that the bed was out of stock. Absolutely no problem getting a refund and very happy with how that went but disappointed that the system allowed me to place the order in the first place.
