Best company for advice and service.
This company is honestly fantastic. I have only recently started using their products and they are quick to post and products arrive so quickly, usually within 24 hours . They are fantastic at giving information on products and advising on products specific to my needs. Absolutely recommend this company. Their customer service is on point and I am so glad I found them. Wouldn’t trust anyone else and it’s like a great community where other members also help each other out.

From the moment i got in touch with Pepshop everything was so easy. At the time I had been checking a few companies, because you're always a little apprehensive of what you're going to get. The Pepshop stood out because i was bit new to all this and they were so helpful with every question i asked and weren't robotic as the others. I went with Reta, SS-31 and MotsC, all these came with current COA's the prices were very competitive so i ordered what i needed and it came in 2 days. The AusPost service is fast and stock came discreet, neatly packed and well presented. The Pepshop is your one stop shop! Everything you need with plenty of experienced advice if you need that too. Will definitely be using these guys all the time.

Postage was quick and service good but quality of products were questionable and didn’t feel I was provided genuine answers when I asked about business. Also wasn’t happy with international card fee for payment

We’re sorry that some aspects of your experience left you with concerns. Our products are independently verified in Australia, with verification available through the independent laboratory’s website, and we take their quality very seriously. We also appreciated the opportunity to clarify that we are an independently operated Australian business, separate from the other company you asked us about.
Regarding the international card fee, this was an issue we had only recently become aware of and were already working to resolve. We have since introduced a standard discount to help offset this fee, which is clearly shown at checkout.
We appreciate your feedback and have taken steps to address the concerns raised. You’re always very welcome to contact us if there’s anything further we can clarify.
