I am so sad that pepper sq closed down. We were waiting to buy furniture until we moved house and I had only bought beds, but there were so many things I would have ordered if I had known the company was closing. The service from Alice was great as was the delivery service. The furniture we're using now is really excellent quality and looks great, I love the design. You are missed Pepper Sq!

Although there was a small delay, the service was good and delivery, unpacking etc was very friendly and professional.

I looked throughout the US for an expandable table (rectangle to larger square) and turned to the UK to Pepper Sq who had an Italian crafted option. Their team assisted in international monetary and delivery by FedEx Express (air) and it arrived in perfect shape and the table just as we hoped for, a perfect fit with excellent craftsmanship.

Gorgeous sofa, fantastic customer service! We bought large family corner sofa – Felix from Pepper Sq. We are so delighted with our purchase! Sofa is extremely comfortable to sit on and looks gorgeous in our space. Online customer service was also excellent. The sofa has been delivered in 5 weeks as stated on website - great communications all way through. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service, delivery and product. Took a bit of a chance ordering online and not seeing the dining table, but it didn't disappoint and the quality and finish is beautiful and matches perfectly with our new kitchen.

I ordered a set of 6 – cane chairs. These have really exceeded my expectations. They are each beautifully crafted – it is quite apparent there is a considerable degree of hand crafting in these classic Vienne café design chairs. The company’s delivery service was perfect, as was communication leading up to delivery. I would recommend peppersq.com most highly.

Ordered a coffee table from them. 2 weeks after ordering, they emailed to say they had sold the last item 1 week ago. So sold the thing I had purchased. They did offer a refund but the 15% "apology" voucher was just the same voucher code printed at the top of their home page. Not super reliable.

The product is of good quality, albeit one of the side table wobbles a little as one of the foot is slightly shorter than the other three. I would give the product 4*.

The delivery guys were nice, polite, and efficient. They set up the bedside tables. I would give them 5*.

The buying process was however not as good. The website had misleading information about lead time (1-2 weeks) and mentioned that during Christmas there might be a delay without specifying how much. I placed order on Dec 28th and when two weeks passed and I did not hear from them I called. I was told that they just opened since the holidays and there was no way I would get it before end January/early February. I expected them to be more upfront about the delivery and state clearly on the website they would close for three+ weeks for holidays and a 1-2 weeks lead time is actually a 4-5 weeks lead time.

Great customer service and absolutely love the table we got. The table is unique and fits our purpose and space perfectly so glad someone is making it! Build quality is very good.

Really nice quality extending table at a reasonable price. We managed to seat 12 people comfortably around this table (180 x 160 extended) for Xmas day meal
