Founded in 2010, with the aim of creating healthier, more natural, sustainable mints and gum, we have now sold close to 20 million packs worldwide! // BETTER MADE, BETTER FOR YOU: Our mints and gum are sweetened with 100% plant based xylitol to help keep teeth healthy. They are full of actively good, naturally derived ingredients. No chemical nasties or animal derived junk. // 100% PLANT BASED XYLITOL: Yes, that's right, we only use xylitol to make our mints and gum taste nice and sweet. We know that it sounds a bit funny, but it's actually a clever little ingredient that helps keep your teeth healthy by clearing away bacteria and plaque in the mouth. Even better news, it comes from trees and plants. Hooray. // REAL PLANTS NOT CHEMICAL PLANTS: When it comes to the other ingredients in our mints and gum, we like to steer clear of stuff like artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. That's why we use proper British mint and real Sicilian lemons to make them taste so great. Plus we use tomatoes to give our strawberry pastilles their nice pink colour. // SUGAR FREE AND LOW CALORIE: Luckily, the xylitol that we use to replace sugar in our products has 40% fewer calories than sugar itself. Ordered 2 of the tasting boxes.My order was accepted even though some of the mints were actually out of stock.3 weeks later the order was cancelled by Peppersmith and refund given.Poor customer service to accept an order on out of stock items

Money taken and no order or correspondence
UPDATE: After writing this review, I did get a reply to one of my emails. I asked for my express delivery to be returned, which they did. I then emailed parcel force and their reply was that I should receive shortly. I received 2 days later. I’m very happy with my products and even though a bad experience, I will order again. I just don’t think it is good practice to take your money and allow you to order something that isn’t in stock, as well as poor or no response to calls and emails. Hopefully they’ll take on board, and use to improve for future orders.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Ordered a mixed box, paid express delivery. Money was taken from account straight away. 3 days later nothing had arrived. Phoned and spoke to someone who said there seemed to be an issue with stock on one of the products in the box, they’d look into it and get back to me. Heard nothing since, despite calling and calling with no answer, and several emails. Had an email 6 days after placing order saying it was dispatched, and an email from parcel force, but so far 10 days later still no tracking and still no order. I understand that issues arise, but a response to my calls and emails would be appreciated at the very least. Disappointed after the company was recommended to me, as their products are lovely, and I’ve had to incur further cost and get elsewhere.

And don't even mention Royal Mail.
