Fantastic mints so, so yummy. I am a mint fiend and was moving away from gum for environmental and health reasons. I love how pepper smiths use British mint and xylitol from Finland. I started with in... Leggi di più

Founded in 2010, with the aim of creating healthier, more natural, sustainable mints and gum, we have now sold close to 20 million packs worldwide! // BETTER MADE, BETTER FOR YOU: Our mints and gum are sweetened with 100% plant based xylitol to help keep teeth healthy. They are full of actively good, naturally derived ingredients. No chemical nasties or animal derived junk. // 100% PLANT BASED XYLITOL: Yes, that's right, we only use xylitol to make our mints and gum taste nice and sweet. We know that it sounds a bit funny, but it's actually a clever little ingredient that helps keep your teeth healthy by clearing away bacteria and plaque in the mouth. Even better news, it comes from trees and plants. Hooray. // REAL PLANTS NOT CHEMICAL PLANTS: When it comes to the other ingredients in our mints and gum, we like to steer clear of stuff like artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. That's why we use proper British mint and real Sicilian lemons to make them taste so great. Plus we use tomatoes to give our strawberry pastilles their nice pink colour. // SUGAR FREE AND LOW CALORIE: Luckily, the xylitol that we use to replace sugar in our products has 40% fewer calories than sugar itself. This means that in a whole pack of Peppersmith mints there's only 36 calories. Plus, xylitol has a low GI of 7 so is suitable for diabetics too. // NO ASPARTAME. NOT NOW. NOT EVER.: Aspartame. That nasty artificial sweetener that's in lots of diet fizzy drinks. We don't need it to make our mints and gum taste good and neither do you. // BACKED UP BY SCIENCE: Don’t just take our word for it, we’re endorsed by lots of dentists across the UK and the Oral Health Foundation. We are also approved by the European Food Safety Authority who have done lots of studies on xylitol and teeth. // OUR MISSION: We pride ourselves in trying to be a sustainable as possible. This is not always easy but where we can choose a more sustainable option we will. We are not perfect but we are trying hard to protect this planet we call home. If you have any requests or suggestions regarding our packaging please do let us know.

The mints are great, Box rubbish
The mints are great, but the boxes are rubbish!!! within 10 mins of putting them into my bag the lid openend and the contents were are at the bottom. I brought a complimints tin of mints and use that for them, which is great.

Thank you for the minty love! And thank you for your honesty. We love our bright and friendly packaging, but we know that it can have its moments – especially when hiding in the bottom of a bag. With your feedback we will aim to further improve our packaging, and you never know, you might see the return of the Peppersmith mint tin in the future...
Great shopping experience
I buy the mighty boxes of mints and gum, very minty mints, the gum loses its flavour more quickly than non-natural products but is satisfyingly chewy. Always had a trouble free experience with ordering and delivery, easy to navigate online shop and no quibbles or queries. Buy with confidence, I'm a repeat customer and can recommend Peppersmith and they're products.

Good product and service, but limited shelf life.
Firstly, I like this product, and have been buying it for years, usually from a shop. My order turned up promptly and was well packed. I have to give less than full marks here however as the best before date is only October 2023 and I’m never going to use all that chewing gum before then!

Big thanks for being a loyal Peppersmith lover over the years and also for taking the time to give us your feedback on your most recent purchase. We’re sorry we didn’t quite hit the mark this time on meeting your expectations. If you feel you won’t be able to polish off all 12x packs of Peppersmith before October and you do have any left after the BBE date – the good news is, unopened confectionery is good to eat up to 12 months after their BBE date would you believe! As long as you keep it in a safe spot. Hopefully this helps a little bit for now but do drop us a call and we’ll be happy to help further on the phone - 0208 788 2080.

Still not received
From experience I know I like the product but I can give only 1 star as the order has yet to arrive 9 days after placing it. The confirmation of dispatch was received only after 5 days. I can’t see Peppersmith being THAT busy. Nice that business is SO good.

Hi David, I'm so sorry it has taken Royal Mail longer than anticipated to get your order to you. I can see from the tracking details that they did try to deliver today and that according to their notes, no one was home. Regardless, the delivery service we requested was Royal Mail 48, and like you say, you'd have hoped they would have attempted delivery long before now. I'm going to reach out to you directly to see what we can do to put this right - hopefully we can!
These mints are way to small
These mints are way to small. Do not last long in the mouth. Extremely disappointed especially at the price. David Bowler.
