I waited over two months for a coat that was originally supposed to be a Christmas present for my husband. When it didn’t turn up on time I did everything I could to cancel the order.They delivered it anyway- the wrong colour and two sizes too small!!!
Now I can’t find a way to contact them and send it back 😡

Dreadful company both in customer service, delivery time and quality of clothing. Dress took 3 months 2 arrive so the occasion I wanted it for was past.
Quality of the material and the stitching was poor.
Refunds basically non existent as they quote, at your own expense, you have to return to China. There is no money back until item reaches the designated site there. This could take 6 months and there is no guarantee it will get there.
They offer 10% refund and suggest you give the product away!!!! I had to settle on this. DO NOT order from this company.

Truly awful company based in China. I echo the comments below - the quality of clothing is poor and they are highly resistant to refunding you. After a long sequence of emails in which I quoted them UK Consumer Rights and threatened legal action, I eventually got an 80% refund. I noticed that their products were appearing in other company names though, so I suspect they just keep renaming themselves and scamming again. Sad.

We ordered a Christmas jumper from 'Peper and Leafs London' expecting it to be shipped from London. In reality it is based in China. Despite placing the order i November it has just arrived today on the 6th January! Just in time for Christmas 2025! What arrived was not what was shown on the website, that is a nice wool jumber with woollen trees attached to the outside. Instead it was a printed synthetic sweat shirt of the poorest quality. Only fit for the bin, can't imagine anyone wantint to wear it!
To all intents and purposes it is scam, AVOID! It's not based in London, the products are misrepresented on the website, they months to arrive and when they do they are rubbish!

Cheapest quality from China - nothing like the advertised item. Took weeks to arrive. Have put straight into the bin!

Utterly disgusted. Complete scam. Various dummed down responses, when they could be bothered. Unscrupulous. Will post regularly of awful company, who still send me offers to receive items by Christmas. What a joke. Will spread the word far and wide through out my large network of friends and colleagues.

The same as above. That’s the first time I have been scammed. Appalling. The tracking link doesn’t work obviously. I somehow saw an add on FB and liked the dress they were advertising. Stupid me , haven’t checked the reviews. Lesson learnt. I am contacting my bank to see what they can do.

This is a complete scam.
I placed an order a number of weeks ago. Various ‘updates’ from a very dubious source, reassuring me that it is on its way but nothing arrives.
It’s the first time I have been completely scammed. Absolutely do not touch them with a barge pole. Appalling.

I ordered a festive knit jumper it took 5 weeks to arrive (too late for Christmas jumper event) and it is made of cheap nasty material! And what's worse it's a photo of a knitted jumper. It came from China not London as you are led to believe . Never again 😒

Received a dress I ordered weeks ago and I want to return it but their website has gone and can not reply to their email. Really shoddy material and bad fit...am sure now that it came from China....Ugh...cheap and nasty...will be taking this further.

This company sent me a jacket nothing like the one I ordered , delivery took over a month too.
The jacket they sent was made of crap material , total disgrace. It's shoddy material made in China I believe they are not based in London despite there name suggesting they do. I have started the process of getting a refund but I am very doubtful ill get my money back. Do not order anything from them.

This is a pure scam. Still not received my item, nor will I.

If I could give them NO STARS I would. Do NOT use this company. What you see in the pictures is not what is sent out, the actual item sent out are nothing but tat not fit for wearing and definitely NOT what is advertised. The items come from somewhere in Asia. TOTAL CON

Avoid!!! Ankle Boots arrived later than promised. Seemed ok, however after wearing 2 to 3 times a week for 5 weeks the heal & soles on one boots fell off. Asked for a refund or replacement. Refused due to 30 day policy. I’d had them about 40 days. Kept claiming 30 policy despite being told about the law and fitness for purpose etc. Will take further action with trading standards and go legal. Just scam artists exploiting people.

Same as everyone else, ordered a dress after seeing it on Facebook. It has not arrived. I keep getting messages saying it’s on the way. I tried to email the company and they are uncontactable. Based on what everyone else is saying I’m expecting it to be poor quality and unreturnable if it arrives at all. I’ve reported it to my bank as a scam.
