Dr Richard Fisher performs all the cosmetic surgical procedures in our facility. He is a graduate of the University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine. After a rich and satisfying career as a board certified family practitioner and geriatrician for more than twenty years in Sun City, Arizona, he sought new challenges. He retrained extensively in the field of cosmetic surgery under some of the most recognized cosmetic surgeons in this country and Europe. Currently, he is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, and member of the International Society of Cosmetic Laser Surgeons. He recently received the Award for Excellence in Cosmetic Education from the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. Dr Fisher spends more than one hundred hours per year attending seminars, conferences, and workshops including live surgery and cadaver surgery to constantly upgrade his cosmetic surgical knowledge and skills.

Competent, helpful, knowledgeable
Dr. Fisher takes the time to make sure you understand what can be accomplished and what may not be best. He listens well and works to help you achieve your personal aesthetic goals. The thing that most impressed me (I'm a physician myself, though not a surgeon) was how up-to-date he was with the latest techniques. His fees are VERY reasonable and his office staff VERY helpful and accommodating. STRONGLY recommended in a very competitive local environment.

Very Professional
I have found Dr. Fisher to be very professional in both his procedures and bedside manner. I took the time to do my due diligence with other physicians before I made the commitment to go with Peoria Cosmetic Surgery and can't say enough about the great experience I had. I HIGHLY recommend both Dr. Fisher and his staff.

Cares for his patients
I highly recommend Dr. Fisher. He took great time in listening to my concerns, and was very honest not to do procedures that would not benefit me. All of his staff is friendly and make you feel totally comfortable. If I had to do over again, or any future work I will choose Dr. Fisher! Thank you Dr. Fisher and your staff for a job well done

Wonderful Results and Outstanding Treatment
I am a 62 year old male who presented to Dr. Fisher with oversized male breasts and excessive abdominal fatty tissue. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt as though all my concerns would be taken care of and they were. Dr. Fisher explained all the options, expected out-comes and reasons for his suggestions. Now that all of my desired procedures have been completed, I can't say enough about how happy I am, and, for the 1st time in decades, not be embarrassed at the pool or beach. His staff is outstanding and everyone from Dr. Fisher to his nurses and office personnel are superb in making you feel at home. Thank you Dr. Fisher and your staff for making me feel great about myself.

I Really "Knee-ded" This!
In January, I attended Dr. Fisher's office for a stem cell injection for chronic knee pain. I have been so delighted with the results of the procedure. My pain level is minimal now (requiring no pain meds now!!) and with renewed ability for exercise, I feel more fit than I have in several years. Where it had become impossible to walk for more that 15 to 20 minutes, I now enjoy hour plus walks on varied terrain.
I am so grateful to have been able to have the procedure, and thankful to Dr. Fisher and his wonderful staff for the compassionate care.

One amazing Dr
Dr. Fisher is the most amazing Dr. I have known in quite sometime. He is quite the perfectionist and will do all he can to make sure his work reflects just that. I had quite a bit of pain after my surgery and he and his staff would come in on the weekend so I could get a shot to ensure my pain level was manageable. His staff is probably the friendliest and most accommodating staff I have ever come across. The make you feel comfortable and completely at ease. Dr. Fisher and his staff get 5 stars with no hesitation.

Great doctor, staff is the best! Made me feel really comfortable and cared for. At Dr.Fisher office patients satisfaction is a priority. I'm very pleased with all his services. Would most definitely go to him for any future procedures.

Everything I was looking for and more!
Peoria Cosmetic Surgery has a very welcoming staff, beautiful reception area and comfortable, relaxing exam rooms which make your appointment less stressful! Dr. Fisher and his nurses are very professional and talk you thru your procedure. In my case, a deep chemical facial peel. Instructions were given as I left the office and I received at least 2 follow up phone calls to just check in to make sure I was doing fine and to answer any questions. I would highly recommend Peoria Cosmetic Surgery. I have other procedures I am planning and will definitely count on Dr. Fisher and his staff when I'm ready to have the next one!

Extremely successful surgery
I first went to Dr. Fisher in 2002 for a neck lift. I was very satisfied with the outcome. In December 2014 it was time for a lower face lift and lower eyelids. Dr. Fisher is an amazing artist. My neck is gorgeous and I feel awesome!
