Having just turned 55 I was looking to review my pension with the main objective of taking the 25% tax free lump sum. From the very first phone call all of my contact with Pension Pulse staff has been extremely positive. Friendly, courteous with excellent timely communication. I would throughly recommend using Pension Pulse if you need assistance with your pension!

Every communication was both informative and professional. They managed to remove my confusion around pensions and deliver advice in a clear to understand format.

The investment I had required me to take financial advise to release it , which I was unaware of at the time and found myself a bit annoyed of this.
However after contacting Pension Pulse and all the staff who I have had contact with during this transfer process have totally understood my wishes. They have been more than helpful and made the whole process run smoothly with great communication and have always answered any of my queries swiftly.
