I found the whole process from start to finish clear and easily understood the steps the process took. Everyone i have spoke to are very efficient and always make sure you understand what has been discussed. They do regular check ins with you to keep you informed of what's happening. I would recommend to family and friends

I’ve found dealing with Pension Pulse very good. I had the first meet and greet session where they captured all my requirements in terms of re investing a frozen works pension and then within a few days they provided me with a comprehensive proposal document. It was written in clear English with no complicated pension jargon. I was then back and fourth with questions for a while and again replies were not prompt and very helpful.
I finally made the decision to proceeed with Pension Pulse and again a seamless process in terms on onboarding with them . Highly recommend

The staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable and really helped with understanding my pension and what I can and cannot do, and even after moving one of my pensions they still contact you to ensure everything is ok and youre happy with what's been done.

I was looking for a change in financial adviser due to unhappy with current one. Pension Pulse came up on a search and I looked into them, and others. Their review rating was excellent and I approached them. I had several calls, both on the phone and on MS Teams, where they explained everything I could expect, this was before I had signed up with them. Everything was clear and jargon free and whilst they are a little more expensive than the adviser I was leaving, the ongoing service they will provide will make it worth it.
I would totally recommend them as a pension adviser.

from my first initial phone call, they were very helpful with trying to sort mt Pensions out, I spoke to many people with in the company and they were all lovely friendly and knowledgeable. I had a few pensions and they were all different and confusing. I was really stressing over it. they took away all my stress and sorted it all out which I was very grateful. They kept me up to date on the progress they were making.
I was really impressed with them.
