Happy with the advice given and they handled transferring and consolidating my pensions. They kept me in formed all the way. Although at one point I felt the number of emails were overkill.

Excellent service. I had a pension where things were just not as productive. I was very confused as to what I should be investing in. A follow up 'Teams'meeting where we agreed the best way forward. My policy were combined into a new account offering better returns.
Then I had a meeting with Dan to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.
I've received regular updates via email and phone and feel comfortable to be able to contact them at anytime with and questions that may arise.

The staff have helped to consolidate my disparate pension pots into a single policy in advance of my upcoming retirement. This has included a protracted struggle to extricate the funds from the original pension company, which took a number of weeks to successfully resolve.

They have also advised on the best ways to manage the pension pot in the future and the pros and cons of the various ways in which I might access the money. I have nothing but praise for the help and advice that has been given.
