James was fantastic
Well James at pension app was amazing listened, understood my situation, a few details asked by him, and what can I say ,he found my details and secs not even minutes passed, I had a all my details and then he gave me all the details I need to move forward. Perfect service from a Perfect gentleman. 10 out ot 10

James the call handler who was dealing with my pension.
He was very professional, polite and patient. I have had strokes in the past and my memory isnt very good, but James reassured me and gave me all the time I needed. He was veru thorough and understanding.
Was a please dealing with him and look forward to speaking to him again tomorrow
