overall the pens have been great but they are getting expensive now. additionally this last batch that I ordered did not come in my branding color which is yellow & black. This I was sent white and black. Also I asked for different pen samples of a good better best type and have not received those.

The font color was not correct. You could not read the phone number nor the website due to the font being so small as well. I did receive a full refund as they could not match the lime green font color that was originally provided in the proof. The gel pens are nice but the printing is subpar.

Quality of the pen itself is good. the customization we got was not what we ordered unfortunately. we had an orange logo on a black pen and it turned out brown and discolored.

Over half of my shipment does not write properly. I reported this to pens.com immediately. It's been nearly three weeks and still no resolution. Don't recommend this pen or this company.

The pens look great, but took about 3 weeks to arrive. Also, they don't write well. I'm very frustrated after having to wait so long for what we know to be good quality S-gel pens, but these were not worth the wait. The ink does not flow freely and they are not useful. Feels like a waste of time and money.

I’m very disappointed with my experience ordering from Pens.com. The ordering system does not allow you to review the final order carefully before submitting it, which led to a mistake I couldn’t catch in time. On top of that, the phone number I entered was cut off, and there was no warning or prompt in the system to let me know. When I contacted customer service, I was surprised that they weren’t able to fix the issue or even acknowledge it as a system problem. It’s frustrating that something so basic wasn’t caught or flagged during the ordering process. This was my first time ordering from Pens.com, and unfortunately, it left a very negative impression. I expected better service and a more reliable ordering platform—especially for a company that specializes in customized products.

The S-Gel tops your favorite Pilot pen, and has been my go to since I first used one. If you are the type to keep a pen in your pocket this will be your new favorite pen... When it was time to order new company branded pens, both me and my colleague pulled a Sharpie S-Gel from our pocket. We knew instantly what pen we needed to order. We love these pens with our logo on them.
