Good product at a reasonable price. However, your pen cost has recently increased and will decrease the distribution.

I have gotten these flashlight pens for years. I was a teacher for the blind and visually impaired and these pens were special for the visually impaired. I also ran a nonprofit for the blind students and we passed out these pens to people who donated to help the students. Now I continue to buy these pens because friends and stores that I have given pens to will ask me," Carol do you have some pens?" Thank you for keeping me informed when I can get more. Carol

Not every pen works, & it's embarrassing to give to someone & they hand it back saying it doesn't work. The price has gone up enough that I will have to find another company to purchase from. Just not a good enough value anymore.

I buy these rather often, but about 15% of the pens' torches do not work, are dull, or quit very early. I thought this was a small business, and as such, I was pretty shocked to see a 19.99 tariff charge on my bill. I realize you have a base in Ireland, but I am pretty sure these pens are made here.

Thank you for your feedback, Darlene!
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced and appreciate your patience. We’ve reached out to you directly via reviews@pens.com to assist further and ensure this is resolved for you. Regarding the tariff fee, it was added in response to new U.S. import regulations that are currently affecting many industries, including ours. These changes help us continue to offer a wide range of quality products while adapting to increased sourcing costs. The tariff is based on current U.S. trade policy and could change depending on future government decisions. We’ll keep you updated if anything shifts!
