We always aim to deliver quality that matches the price, but we understand value means different things to different people. Would never buy pens from here again. I asked to return some and they only offered me a pathetic 10% off on my next order. Quality is not good either and the customization option leaves a LOT to be desired. Buy pens from somewhere else.
