Not happy at all. Your ad says 16 inch's and its only 10 inch's. I filed a claim almost 3 weeks ago and they acknowledged it but have not done anything about it. Have not heard a word since then I WANT TO RETURN THEM. What is worse they now expect me to pay for them. I expected better from this company. They really should get issues corrected before asking me for a review
