Peninsula Windows Ltd Recensioni

A friend recommended Peninsula Windows to me, and having had the pleasure of using the company and seeing my new front door and sliding doors installed-I can only emphasise how positive the whole experience has been from start to finish. I’m delighted with the high quality of the double glazing itself, the excellent communication and swift service, the installation process and the outstanding workmanship.
Ryan, my sales contact, was very professional, he was courteous and polite and took time to understand exactly what I was looking for. He offered practical advice and recommendations without any pressure or upselling. His communication and help was brilliant throughout and he followed up after the work was completed to ensure that everything was perfect. I cannot praise him enough.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for high quality double glazing and for a very efficient, effective and professional service.
A sincere thanks to Ryan and the rest of the team for a very positive experience all around.

I needed a new front door urgently and this company pulled out all the stops to get me an estimate quickly, help me find the right design, and get the job done to a very high standard. Everyone I dealt with in the company were helpful and trustworthy and I'm really happy with the finished door, frame and surrounding windows.

I had three new windows and a front door installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Nia handled everything for me and she was absolutely brilliant — professional, supportive, and always quick to help with any questions. The whole process was smooth and stress‑free. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

Prompt and professional help on our project which we are so pleased to have completed.
Great service from the start from the salesman Ashley and then from Aaron measuring all requirements followed by equally helpful staff at installation.
Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting all aspects of the service they provide. Well done all!👍👍

Nia helped us in the very beginning to get our quote and measurements right, she was very patient and made sure we had what we wanted.
The whole process was very good and we were very glad we had chosen them for a 2nd time.

We had 4 new windows fitted as our previous very old windows had started breaking. Absolutely great work by Kyle and Kevin, very quick and efficient, tidied up well after themselves too which you don't get many workmen who do.
Definitely a great improvement to what we had previously, cannot hear much of the traffic from outside anymore which is nice living on a main road.
Thank you to Ashley for sorting everything out quickly for us. Was supposed to be around a 10 week wait but got it done within 3 weeks which worked out great for us as we had a decorator coming the day they finished work, ideal!

After using Peninsula last year we were very happy with their work and asked them to do more work this year. Nia and the fitting team are very efficient and left the house both clean and tidy.

Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the work carried out by Peninsula in fitting our front door and window. From the very first meeting, Trevor was friendly, helpful, and offered excellent advice that guided us in making the right decision. Arron, who conducted the survey and completed the installation, was equally professional and thorough. The job was completed to a very high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Peninsula again and fully intend to return for the rest of our windows when we are able to. Thank you.

Bay window needed very bespoke design to remodel and fit legacy opening- this has worked very well. Team was very customer focused and minor glitches were sorted with no question. We were disappointed about the length of period between ordering/measuring and then doing the work - about 7 months. But please with final result

Good customer service. Trevor helping us with what we needed(windows & door) and everybody else involved.
Everything went smoothly

We have used Peninsula on a couple of occasions several years ago. They did an amazing job. We recently needed a service call as our patio door wasn’t running well. The communication was excellent and they attended really quickly and resolved the issue without any fuss. The service team are a credit to Peninsula so I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We've now asked Peninsula to undertake five projects on our house, installing new windows, bi-fold doors, french doors and a new porch. We have always been more than satisfied with the result. Ashley Bowe-Jones has been most helpful in advising us initially, and the surveyor and fitters have all done excellent work. The surveyor kindly called by after the installation to check that the work had been done as agreed and that we had been satisfied with everything

Hywel and Tosh did a great job in fitting 4 windows ti the front of our house and we are more than happy with the overall finish. They were prompt with their timings and took care inside the house not to make a mess and cleared all old materials away when they had finished. Thank you.

I just wanted to share some feedback about the work recently completed on our home.

Peninsula Home Improvements has done an excellent job- the workmanship is solid, teams were reliable, and everything was finished to a very high standard. We’re really pleased with the excellent results.

I also want to highlight the outstanding service from Trefor. He is, without question, one of the most exceptional sale professionals I’ve ever dealt with. His, knowledge, honesty, and attention to detail made the whole process effortless. What really stood out was the way he went above and beyond his duties, offering support, guidance, and reassurance at every stage. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he consistently delivered a level of service many companies can only aspire to.

We’re so happy with the work and the service that we’ve already booked our next job with Peninsula Home Improvements.

Thank you for making our dream come true.

From the design of my new porch through to the construction/ installation, the guys at Peninsula have been great. Delighted with the outcome. Thanks to Ashley, Az, John and all the installation team for your effort and hard work.

I wanted to personally thank Peninsula on this site to let others know that, from ‘start to finish’, my experience with the company has exceeded all expectations.

Their responsiveness, attention to detail, and care in planning, stood out from the first visit and quotation. The teams’ precision with measurements, and their thoughtful integration of the new windows and doors into my home’s 1930s character was remarkable. The fitters were polite, professional, and left everything immaculate. I wanted to specifically call out the mortar rendering around the external window and door frames, and the way it blended into the granite walls, was second to none.

This project was a significant investment for me in improving my home and what particularly impressed me was the staged payment structure Peninsula offered, with the final portion held until I was completely satisfied. This was very reassuring, not expected, and perhaps an indication of how confident they are with the quality of their products and services.

In the end, my home looks incredible, and I would enthusiastically recommend Peninsula to anyone. Indeed, I would be more than happy to act as a reference for them for future customers.

Thank you so much for transforming my home…

We were given details of Peninsula by Velfac and have been really impressed from start to finish with their service and with everyone involved. Trefor initially dealt with our enquiry and was really helpful and communicative when discussing what was required and with confirming the order. Shane then measured up and carried out site visits, liaising with us and our builder throughout to make sure everything was correct. When it came to fitting, the team were excellent, very thorough and respectful of our property - a big thanks to Kev, Gaz, Sonny, Nathan, Ryan and Kyle for getting to site despite the snow and making sure the installation happened as planned! We would have no hesitation in recommending Peninsula, they have been great and we are very grateful to them for making sure everything went smoothly.

I've just had all my doors and windows replaced by Peninsula and I'm absolutely delighted. They are all super and have made such a difference to the house. The challenging, very large window in the lounge, was replaced exactly as I wanted. I visited the showroom on a number of occasions, the staff were super.
The whole team at Peninsula were great, the fitters were super, so clean and tidy, I couldn't have asked for more.

Fantastic service from start to finish. The level of workmanship and professionalism from the whole team was outstanding. This is the second installation from peninsula and I would highly recommend them

Was a bit scared the whole porch would collapse if the door was replaced (with a composite product) but it went swimmingly and everyone who sees it is very pleased with it even though I'd know clue what design config to go for or ever done this before. I'm sure we'll use them again. Great comms throughout the process.
