Horrible service

Horrible service, they just cancelled my order without confirming with me . I was told to wait till April 9 if there would be any changes in my delivery to see next steps, and they cancelled it. Loosing customers 😔

My chamber broke with 3 weeks of using it. I have contacted customer service 10 times already with no one that answers. Not even when you call the number. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

thank you for your feedback. We have reviewed your case again in detail.

When you first contacted us, we already offered to replace your glans chamber free of charge – even though the damage clearly resulted from incorrect use. Normally, this is not covered under warranty, because it requires considerable force to turn the rotary valve beyond its closed position and thereby detach the thread from the chamber. For your information: all pump balls are equipped with a built-in safety mechanism that prevents over-rotation and therefore excludes accidental damage to the chamber.

After our initial reply, we were waiting for your additional information regarding the rods. Unfortunately, we missed your video, and your ticket was closed automatically — that was our mistake.
After reviewing the video, we found that the rods are technically functional. The minor difference in length can be compensated on the opposite side via the adjustment thread. Nevertheless, as a gesture of goodwill, we will send you both parts — the base ring and the glans chamber — completely free of charge, and you will not need to return your parts.

We are very sorry for this misunderstanding and fully understand your frustration.

Customer service is nonexistent

They sent the wrong parts for the rod extender and then said it’s not their problem when contacted. I would use RestoreX from the Mayo Clinic instead. The Penimaster product is garbage.

UPDATE:
I’ll respond to the MSP response first with a simple definition of customer service.
“Customer service is the support and assistance a company provides to customers before, during, and after a purchase to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. It involves actions like answering questions, solving problems, and managing complaints across various channels, and is increasingly seen as a crucial strategic function for a business.”

I stand by my headline that it is nonexistent since all I received after spending $600 with them was a reply stating that “we couldn’t have sent that them since we don’t have them in stock” but immediately followed by “I can’t speak for what happened on the way to you. However, if someone here replaced something or whatever, this message is unfortunately coming far too late.”so apparently MSP is making the outrageous supposition that after it left their warehouse, someone decided to switch out their rods for rods of the exact same stainless steel, same quantity and same lengths and widths but with different threads that do not fit their extender. Of course he followed that by saying that maybe someone on their end did it but sorry, too late, you have to now buy the correct ones. Warranties with a time limit are for damage or possibly faulty items but not for the seller sending the entirely wrong parts. I even explained that I couldn’t open it timely due to a hospital stay for prostate cancer (which is why I was trying their device) but even that did not get them to provide any customer service follow up. I can only assume that they were sent some rods that were manufactured wrong and are now trying to pass their mistake on to unwitting customers. It’s a shame that they have gone to such efforts to fight this review so hard over what is about $8 in parts (I know since I own a sheet metal manufacturing company). I could’ve chosen to just let it be, but I’m following up on principal.

It would’ve been nice to try the extender to see if it worked better than the weight and strap system, but it doesn’t look like that will be possible. My initial review was based on the vacuum of the chamber being insufficient and the whole setup being uncomfortable and cumbersome. The rubber diagrams tear easily and it really makes it useless. An lastly, no, I’m not confusing your product with a third party product, as this was the only one I have ever purchased. The device I subsequently purchased uses no such rods. It looked promising, but between the lack of integrity and customer service abilities of the manufacturer and the low quality of the product, I can’t recommend it.

Factual Situation:

The extension rods you complained about do not belong to our product range.
This was clearly identifiable from the photo you submitted:
- Different material (not the stainless steel we use)
- Different thread type (standard thread instead of the special, non-standard thread manufactured exclusively for PeniMaster PRO)
- Different thread length
- Different overall construction

Our rods are made of high-grade stainless steel, essentially indestructible,
and differ significantly in quality from plastic-based rods used by various other manufacturers.
Actual defects in our rods are extremely rare.

Given these technical differences, it is impossible that the rods shown in your photo
came from our fulfillment facility or were accidentally booked into our inventory and shipped with our products. The distinguishing features were confirmed directly from your own photo.

Your conclusion that the PeniMaster system itself is defective is also not supported by any evidence in this case and must be based on your experience with the third-party product shown in your photos.

We do not assume any bad intent on your part; mix-ups between products from different manufacturers can happen.

We can offer service and replacement only for original parts that were produced and shipped by us
and that show a genuine defect.

Product itself is good but I had a…

Product itself is good but I had a problem and a piece broke after just a few uses. I’ve been trying to contact customer service since 2nd August, no answer, tried to call, same and no way to leave a message. Unfortunately I don’t speak German so I don’t understand the automated message. I filled out another form this week, still nothing. Extremely disappointed because it’s still under warranty but no one comes back to me 🤷🏼‍♂️

Perfekt 🤩

Knapp 1 Jahr Phallosan Forte Erfahrung und jetzt aktuell schon gute 5 Wochen den Penimaster Pro. Ein Unterschied wie Tag und Nacht was die Handhabung, der Tragekomfort, sichtbare Unterschiede am Teil was mit dem Gerät trainiert werden soll!
Ich trage den Penimaster Problemlos gute 10-12 h am Tag und das als Aktiver Arbeiter ( nicht auf dem Bürostuhl ) und muss sagen, das war mit dem Phallosan gar nicht möglich. Ungemütlich bis schmerzhaft, immer wieder ist das Köpfchen aus die Glocke gerutscht. Handhabung umständlicher und MEINER MEINUNG nach macht der Penimaster auch Qualitativ einen Hochwertigeren Eindruck als der Phallosan Forte!

Ps.: Ich Benutze das Knieband und habe immer den Schlauch anstatt diese Handpumpe in der Hosentasche.
Unauffälliger und Komfortabler wie diese Kombination geht nicht.

Ergebnis auf Langer Zeit mit Zusammenarbeit der immer erwähnten Disziplin, bin ich davon überzeugt, das wird ein tolles großes Ergebnis 😁

Natürlich gibt es wie bei allen Unternehmen auch mal negative Erfahrungen und Bewertungen,

ABER…..
Die sind bei diesem Produkt nicht gerechtfertigt!!!!!

Richtige Anwendung, Arbeiten nach Anweisung und Vorgaben, Erfahrungen sammeln, wie und mit welcher Kombination der vielen Möglichkeiten für einem am besten sind. Und Zack siehe da,
es klappt. Zumindest bei mir 👌

Stopped working after a week of usage

Stopped working after a week of usage. Suction wouldnt work. Had to stop using the diaphrams. Did it that way for another 2 weeks and the suction there got bad as well with time. The price is crazy for what u get.

We could not find any customer record in our database under the identification email you used on Trustpilot, and there is also no message from you in our support system. It is therefore possible that you purchased a counterfeit or entirely different product, as no order has ever been placed with us.

Please note that the product cannot be used without the membranes (diaphragms) — doing so prevents proper suction function.

Our products are covered by a 5-year warranty, so we are surprised that you didn’t contact us for assistance. You are still very welcome to do so — we’ll gladly help determine whether there is a defect or a possible application error.

We’re also wondering why you did not return the product if you were dissatisfied, as this is possible within one month of receipt.

Do not buy from these clowns

Do not buy from these clowns. They didn’t advise about any customs fees, DHL got
in touch wanting £65+. The product was swiftly returned to sender and now the won’t reply to my emails or phone calls. They’ve had my money (nearly £300) for 6 weeks now :(

Major Design Flaw in the Penimaster device

First - The transaction and shipping: Transaction was simple on line and shipping charge was applied to the price. Package took almost 3 weeks to arrive from Germany and then I was sent a notice that I had to pay another $45 Cdn for custom clearance. Reluctantly, I paid this extra charge which increased my total shipping charge to about $85 Cdn.

Penimaster Device Experience:
So I was excited to use the device and found the device to be well designed at first. The glans chamber was expertly contoured to fit the glans of the penis and the suction ball provided ample suction to pull and hold the penis snuggly into the chamber.

The plastic air valve at the end of the glans chamber that held the suction also performed well with no air leakage.

The degree of suction established in the chamber also allowed for more than enough pull force on the penis when installed between the two extender rods.

However, the greatest defect in this whole mechanism is the use of a lubricant or adhesive gel that must be smeared all over the glans of the penis and the latex diaphragm that contacts the penis.

This lubricant gel is the "adhesive" that keeps the latex diaphragm attached or in intimate contact with the penis as the diaphragm is sucked into the glans chamber by the vacuum produced by the hand-suction ball.

Penimaster sells their own version of this gel called "Pro Master Comfort and Care". The qualities of this gel that makes it suitable for the device are as follows : it is does not chemically damage the latex diaphragm and it contains benzyl alcohol which kills bacteria and also inhibits fungal growth.

Note that Benzyl alcohol is also a solvent used in paint strippers, inks and epoxies.

Here's the first bad experience:

After applying the ProMaster Comfort and Care (PMCC) gel onto my penis and the latex diaphragm for a few hours per day for 14 consecutive days and then applying vacuum suction to the glans of the penis with the device, I noticed that the skin of the glans started to severely soften and a tear in the bottom of the glans developed. This became an open wound at the base of my penis.

This caused a burning feeling in my penis whenever I tried to pee. By now I had stopped applying any more of the PMCC gel and stopped using the Penimaster device as well...... as I was now waiting for the tear in my penis to heal.

After seeing very little progress in the healing of the cut in my penis after 5 days, I decided to apply a dab of Polysporin ointment to the wound at the base of my penis each day and the healing was completed in another 7 days. During these 12 days of healing, I could not use any sex toys or have sex or even masturbate as these activities would open back up the wound and delay healing even further.

My thoughts were that the benzyl alcohol was damaging the skin of penis glans so I decided to start back using the Penimaster but instead of using the PMCC gel, I used regular lube like KY Jelly or other lubes that say it is latex compatible or latex friendly. These gels are all water-based.

Note: Oil-based gels will damage the latex diaphragm.

To my surprise, after wearing the glans chamber and Penimaster device for two consecutive days (only about 3 to 4 hours per day) using the KY Jelly and other latex friendly lubes, I noticed large blisters all over the glans of my penis.

The blisters were caused by the soften skin of the glans being pulled by vacuum suction. The blisters were all fluid filled so I simply used a sterilized needle to burst and deflate all the blisters which then healed quickly.

This last experience then made me scared to use the Penimaster device.

However, by that time I had already ordered and recieved 10 tubes of PMCC gel from Germany which cost about $85 at the time of transaction and then I had to pay another $20 customs clearance fee to their courier DHL International when it arrived.

Lesson Learned and Conclusion:

The physical parts of the device were well engineered but the greatest flaw in the design was the application of an adhesive suction gel onto the delicate skin of the glans of the penis.

Any water-based or alcohol gel applied to the glans of the penis for a long time (in excess of two hours) will severely damage the delicate skin of the glans which would cause tears and cuts to develop in the glans as you apply suction forces to the soften compromised skin.

Tears and cuts in your glans will then prohibit you from having comfortable sex and also prevent you from using the Penimaster device until all the wounds on your penis heals.

Any damage to the skin of your glans will also make you more susceptible to catching a sexually transmitted disease from someone who is not your steady partner.

You may want to look at a different device that does not use the troublesome and ultimately damaging glans chamber "adhesive" gel on the penis.

Use, safety & instructions:

They always delay their products or do not send it

Edition: they have just answered this review 2 years and 6 months after I wrote it!.
They always delay their products. This time even do not answer me. They take your money, they say the mantenimiento pieces are in stock and ready to be sent in 7 days but DHL say me that they only have written the label to the shipment but penimaster did not even send the packages to DHL ! This device is used also a Peryonie’desease treatment and my son has stopped this treatment after 30 days using this ! Seriously! because the mantenimiento pieces usually get broken in a few days (very bad quality) and you need to change it but if you do not receive the orders you have to stop the treatment and this means to begin again the treatment!..They do not answer our emails. They are a complete organization and deliver’ s disaster.

PeniMaster das Desaster!!!

Qualität und Verarbeitung:
Der Artikel "PeniMaster" hat eine mangelhafte Qualität und Verarbeitung.
Einige Teile (wie z.B. das Gurt-Expandsystem) mussten wiederholt umgetauscht werden, bevor der Artikel einwandfrei benutzt werden konnte.

Anwendung und Erfahrungen:
Keins der Befestigungs-Systeme lässt sich unauffällig unter der Kleidung tragen. Wenn überhaupt, dann am ehesten das Gurt-Expandsystem.
Wer glaubt er kann während des Tragens alle Tätigkeiten nachgehen, liegt leider falsch. Bewegung in allgemein führt dazu, dass sich das Vakum löst.
Um den Zustand wieder zu korrigieren, benötigt man das Pflegemittel inkl. Pumpball. Alles in allem wenig alltagstauglich.
Außerdem musste ich nach mehreren Tage Nutzung eine schmerzhafte Erfahrungen machen, als sich eine Blase gebildet hat nach nur wenigen Stunden Nutzung.
Diese Erfahrungen wünsche ich niemanden, aber für mich war es dann das letzte Mal, dass ich das Produkt genutzt habe.

Werbeversprechen:
Das Werbeversprechen, dass man den Artikel einen Monat testen und bei Unzufriedenheit 100% Geld zurückbekommen kann, ist ein falsches Versprechen.
Die Frist für den Test beginnt ab dem Tag des ersten Eintreffens des Artikels, unabhängig davon in welchem Zustand sich dieser befindet.

Kundensupport:
Der Kundensupport ist schnell, aber blockiert jegliche Versuche, das defekte Produkt zurückzugeben. Sie behaupten, dass ausreichend Zeit vorhanden war, um den Artikel zu testen, was nicht der Fall ist. Auch die Geschäftsführung zeigt hier kein Interesse an dem Problem.

Kulanz:
Zwei Mal wurden Teile ausgetauscht, aber nur aus Kulanz und nicht aufgrund von Einsicht oder Verantwortung seitens des Unternehmens.
Qualitätskontrolle ist ein Fremdwort.

Geschäftsführung:
Die Geschäftsführung zeigt kein Interesse an dem Problem und ignoriert die Anfragen und Beschwerden der Kunden.

Der "PeniMaster" weißt viele Probleme auf, sowohl in Bezug auf seine Qualität, Verarbeitung, Nutzung als auch auf das Versprechen, das Unternehmen den Kunden macht. Der Kundensupport und die Geschäftsführung zeigen wenig Interesse an der Zufriedenheit der Kunden.
Abschließend kann ich nur sagen, dass der Leidensdruck sehr hoch sein muss, sodass jemand dieses Produkt über mehrere Wochen oder Monaten verwendet!

Wir bitten Sie fairerweise jedoch zu bedenken, dass wir einen hervorragenden Ruf auch für unsere Kulanz haben. Die Qualität unserer Produkte ist für uns eben kein Fremdwort, da wir uns strikt an die strenge ISO-Norm für die Produktion und den Vertrieb von Medizinprodukten nach DIN 13485 halten und einem jährlichen Zertifizierungsverfahren durch einen unabhängigen Auditor unterliegen. they take your money and dont send prodcut. They aslo dont respond to mail or phone which is really sad especially after you pay so much for nothing :(

For clarity: we offer a 1-month return policy without any reason required, and the product may be fully used during that time. Unlike many others, we don’t hide behind “hygiene seals” to block refunds — we actually let customers try the product at home for a whole month.

Our return rate is extremely low because our customers are genuinely satisfied, and we always handle real refund requests fairly.
