I had been signed up to their site for awhile. I finally decided to try my luck so I made a deposit. Well what do you know $750. I went to make a withdrawal. Everything looked fine so I submitted my request. Never received email confirmation or anything like that. Tried contacting support but on response ever was from so bot. 2 days later I see the withdrawal request was refused with no exclamation why. Tried support. Even the ai bot said that if my phone number and email were verified I should be good. I search my emails and managed to find an email stating that verification docs were required. I followed the instructions and submitted the docs. Again no confirmation of any kind. I tried for three days to get any sort of feedback. No response or reply by email, and the only support was an ai bot that refused to put me through to an agent for the most part and when I finally succeeded in getting the bot to transfer me, no one answered. Very poor customer service and site is not user friendly for verification and withdrawal
